I bought Quickbooks Pro Plus Lifetime Subscription and later found out that it didn't come with payroll. Plus, I couldn’t connect the payroll subscription I already had from Intuit. I didn't install the software, but I called 2 times to ask for a refund. I don’t think I left a message, but later, a rep called my cell since he noticed my attempts to reach out. I was glad he called back. He agreed to my refund request but told me to dispute it. My credit card company issued a temp credit and later gave me a final credit to fix this.
