I am currently out of the country on a cruise (Norway…so 7 hours ahead of US-CDT). I woke up to a text from my house/pet sitter explaining that my dog, Cocoa, dug a hole under the fence and was gone BUT they had already found her in a neighbor’s garage. I then read the email from Petlink letting me know Cocoa was safe. My neighbor had noticed the Petlink tag on Cocoa and made contact. Petlink provided me with contact information of Cocoa’s hero. This all happened while I was asleep. I am so thankful I have Cocoa chipped and have her tag on her collar! To wake up realizing there was a crises but that it had been handled and all turned out well was such a releif!!

Our German Shepherd loves sneaking out of the yard and going on little adventures. The other day, mom let him out, thinking he couldn't open the gate. Well, turns out he can. We didn't notice he was gone for a bit. My kids and I started searching the neighborhood, almost an hour passed with no luck. I figured someone must've picked him up and hopefully they'd get him scanned. Just a minute later, we got a call from a local vet—someone had found him! The kids were so relieved. Picking him up was super easy. I'm so thankful since he often slips out of his collar, so no ID on him.

I can't speak highly enough of Petlink! They've consistently provided me with excellent service. There have been times when they called to let me know my furry friend had gone on an unexpected adventure (thanks to her doggy door). Plus, my wonderful neighbors have also helped by contacting Petlink when they found her. Even when I was in London, I got a call that someone had found her. With the combined efforts of Petlink and my awesome neighbor, everything turned out wonderfully.

I never imagined this would happen to us. During the heatwave in Santa Clarita, my two dogs gnawed through our wooden fence, scaled the hills, and roamed around the neighbor's yards. Our dog Alaska was lost for more or less 2 hours, she arrived at someone's house and they took her to a nearby veterinarian, there they scanned her microchip and contacted me. I was very distressed but I knew she had her microchip. Thank you

Daisy ran away and disappeared. While searching for her, she kept dodging us. A kind person discovered her and brought her to a veterinary clinic. They checked the chip and we had her back in 3 hours.

I was so so happy to get my dog back after he went missing for two days. It was a relief to know he was chipped and we found him at the clinic.

Pet Link каже, що я не можу отримати доступ до свого акаунта, бо я винен їм гроші за собаку, яку я взяв 4 роки тому. Їхній сайт стверджує, що я ОБОВ'ЯЗКОВО маю оновити свій акаунт до преміум-членства за 20 доларів для першої собаки, і не дає можливість навіть подати заявку на перенесення нової собаки. Я не хочу преміум-членства, мені потрібен лише базовий доступ. Я просто хочу, щоб інформація про чип була вірною. На їхньому сайті немає телефону, а інформація в їхніх FAQ надзвичайно оманлива.

PetLink.net is reely disappointng. I tried to get in touch by call and email, but no luck. Even after waiting a long time, still can't reach them. Got an email sayin' my membership's inactive, but I ain't s'posed to pay again. Sort it out, guys!

I bought a harness for my

I bought a harness for my dog from this company. They said no returns or exchanges allowed, so I measured my dog carefully using their chart. I ordered based on their recommendations. But when it arrived, even at the smallest size, it didn't fit. I contacted them, but all they did was send me the same no-returns policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but got no response. Now I'm stuck with a $70 harness that's no good to me. Their customer service is useless and they don't care about keeping customers happy. Don't bother buying anything from them unless you want to end up disappointed.

Poor quality of dog collar

I ordered the breakaway dog collar for my 2 year old husky and paid close to $25. It is printed with her name and her petlink ID and name. She's had it for a month and it broke away alright. Then she broke it into a 100 tiny pieces. It was flimsy and I don't think it would have worked for a Yorkie, although it was 24" long. It's dollar store quality and I purchased 3! I do not recommend them at all!!
