Canceling is impossible

Do NOT get this app. To cancel you have to go to their website! There is no one to talk to. They only have AI to chat with it took me forever to try and figure out how to cancel and now they are only giving me $25 out of $85 back. The phone number they gave is bogus. The customer service is also very confusing. There are a ton of apps out there that do the same thing but are so much more user friendly! Save yourself the headache and go with one of them as you will want to cancel at one point!!!!

GOT SCAMMED !

I ordered some peptides over a month ago and they are stuck in Customs. I had asked prior to buying if they sent out to Spain, they said yes. The shipment has been stuck in customs for 3 weeks, and Perfect Body said I needed to sort it. When I tried contacting the shipping company they said that only the sender could do anything about it, once I let them know this, they stopped answering my emails. I also tried calling to find out their tel is not in service. So please be careful lost 284 pounds to them.

I've been using Perfect Body for three months

I've been using Perfect Body for three months now, and I've noticed some good changes. I've lost 10 pounds simply by following the workouts and keeping track of my progress with the app. It's really convenient to choose exercises depending on what I want to work on. I have emailed them but still haven't got any response.

I’m on a pension, got $70 left, already had to deal with two parking tickets and two doctors costing $150 and $160 this week, now gave you money and gotta wait til next fortnight! I realy hope it works, want a refund cause it won’t take my password. REFUND

App is worthless. I had a hard time creating account, finally thought I got that done but kept getting emails saying I needed to create my account. I got a "final" email to create account but that proved to be hard. Finally thought I had "created" my account and then tried multiple times to use it, but each time I entered my email and password and nothing happened it never moved from that first logon page, no way to get to the next page...nothing. No reminder that my upcoming payment was approaching, how is it that you get a "final" message to create an account and then 3 months later you are charged for an account that was never created. No way to contact PerfectBody from the app. Overall bad business practices
