I've had to contact OptiContacts twice. Once for my mistake, the second for my Physicians mistake. Human nature, mistakes happen! Both times, the customer service was remarkable. I wish that I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me the first time but Robert helped this last time. He and the gentleman from the first interaction were the epitome of what customer service should be. I am incredibly impressed, never in a million years would I have thought that an online business would be this customer oriented. Thank you, so very much. Contacts are expensive, when your vision center makes a mistake, it is an enormous relief to have support from the company that I've ordered my contact from. Price, very reasonable....shipping, very reasonable....ease of working the site, thankfully easy....customer service, OUTSTANDING. Thank you for being a light at the end of the tunnel
