Working at Nsure started off enjoyable and enlightening. However, after some time, it became clear that there were serious issues. The managers seemed disengaged and often failed to fulfill their responsibilities. Customer service suffered as staff lacked support from management. Employees were restricted from helping customers to reduce call durations. Supervisors seldom handled calls or returned messages. While I appreciate the experience, the struggle to get managers to perform even the simplest tasks was crazy.

Initially considering a switch from Kin, I was surprised to find crucial information missing from their Docusign emails, particularly regarding 42 exclusionary endorsements detailing what would not be covered. This lack of clarity made me hesitant to proceed with the policy. When I attempted to cancel within an hour, I discovered they had already contacted my mortgage company and replaced my existing policy without my signature, which felt coercive and unethical. Furthermore, their request for favorable Google reviews in exchange for a $20 Amazon gift card struck me as questionable and potentially manipulative. While Nsure.com may offer competitive rates, their approach to customer interactions and incentivized review requests left me questioning their integrity and commitment to transparency. I believe businesses should earn positive reviews organically through genuine customer satisfaction, rather than incentivizing them with rewards.

Went to Nsure.com and got a good quote, I thought, on my auto insurance. Paid the premium, only to find out that the policy did not include two of the most important aspects of the quote, namely, the comprehensive and collision coverage. Tried to cancel. Nsure.com was not responsive. Could not get them on the phone. They did not respond to messages on their website. They did not respond to direct messages to their customer service phone number. They did not call me back after dozens of voicemail messages left for them to do so. They are theives. Do not do buisness with them.

I checked a few insurance companies for quotes on Home and Auto, but I decided to go with a different one. However, Nsure.com keeps sending me messages. The most recent one asked me to sign a "cancellation request form." I don't feel I need to sign anything since I already chose another provider. Please STOP texting me!

I wish I could give a lower rating. These fools are a disaster. Avoid them completely. My new policy isn’t active yet, but I wanted to cancel. Nsure demands I send the declaration page from the new carrier before they cancel the old one. That’s shady!! It seems like a trick to keep me tied to the old policy, even though it's not active yet.
