We really like the watch we got. It’s different from regular smartwatches because you can use a voice line for it, which saves us money compared to a watch line. The watch is similar to other smartwatches, but its unique ecosystem makes it special. As parents, we have complete control over who can reach our child. The gps works good, so we can track where our loved one is at all times.

I bought 2 watches for my twin boys, age 8. These watches are amazing! They make me feel better and I can talk to them whenever. I like the do not disturb and gps. It also makes my boys feel less worried when they can't see me. I will buy again! Everyone needs one for their kids!

Overall, it's mostly positive. Watches work only for the original buyer. Bands often break, and since the antenna is in the band, your watch stops if the band breaks. They do replace it for the original buyer within warranty, but it’s likely to break again. You can’t type messages; the child has to speak to send them, and they don’t always go through properly. If there’s background noise, the child might not be able to send a message. This is a major safety issue. In emergencies, the child can’t send a discreet message unless it’s preset. Battery lasts about two days with normal use.

The company is okay, but the setup instructions are all online. The watch didn't let me video call my phone. Finding the customer service number online was hard. When I finally called, the service was good, but email responses took over 24 hours. The location feature didn't work well, showing me far away. It's not as helpful as they say.
