    This was the worst experiance trying to buy suits. Customer service is basicly non existent... all communication takes place via email with a wait period between emails, up to 14 days! Returning or exchanging a suit is horrifing! We learned that what you think you're buying based on a picture and color isn't necessarily what you'll recieve. We ordered a 3 piece vested light tan suit and received a 2 piece beige suit. The company argued that they pull suits from their wearhouse and give you what they have based on the size you order. So, if they don't have a light tan 3 piece vested suit in your size, they send you the closest alternative WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW! And then they try to bribe you to keep the suit for a credit of $30! To send the suit back, you pay. It cost me $21.56 to mail ground USPS. This doesn't include their hidden reshipping fee ($25) to get the suit you originally ordered. Save yourself money and grief and run from this company!!

    My experience was very poor. I placed an order for a tux, the total came to 210.00. For two weeks, I received shipping updates, but on the day it was supposed to arrive, it didn’t. I called FedEx two days later, and they told me the item was never sent. I didn’t check the reviews until after the order failed to show up. Be careful, they never answer the phone. After emailing multiple times, I received a message saying, “I will look into this and get back to you,” but no name or apology was given. When I replied, there was no response. If you face this issue, dispute the charge immediately. I wouldn’t suggest buying from them. Luckily, my credit card company helped me get my money back.

    The Toby Maguire Gatsby suit came pretty fast. Ordered Sat, came next Wed (LA to Tucson). Was worried Mon and Tue when FedEx status said "label printed" but not picked up. Saw bad reviews, called them, got old "nobody is here/COVID" recording. Relieved late Tue when got response from MTUSA, but they just gave tracking number again. Checked it, said "arrived in Phoenix to be delivered Wed mid day". And it was. Fit nicely, herringbone good, color close. Design just like in picture, but no wide lapels.

    Total rip-off! Absolutely terrible. I bought two pairs of shoes ($142) and it took forever to arrive, fine. But guess what? They sent me totally different shoes! Wrong style, wrong size. I emailed them and it was a nightmare. When they finally replied, they said they changed the style so tough luck. They ignored the size issue completely. Then I checked Trustpilot and saw all the horror stories. I demanded a prepaid label for a full refund. They haggled with me—first $20, then $30, finally $60. Seriously? Then suddenly they sent a label and promised a refund when they got the shoes back. I sent them back and...nothing.

    1. Customer service is not good. The only way to get in touch is through email, and when you call, it goes straight to an automated message saying the office is closed because of covid, which is ridiculous. 2. Returns and exchanges are expensive. They make you pay a $25 fee for restocking if you want to exchange and also cover the shipping costs to send the item back. They don't give you return labels. 3. Bought 2 white suits and both arrived with black marks on them.

    This company is a ripoff.

    This company is a ripoff. They send you any product they have instead of what you actually ordered. When you try to return it for a refund, they charge you for shipping and a restocking fee, which is probably their way of making money. I'm not finished dealing with them, but I had much better luck with Buy 4lesstuxedo.com. They sent exactly what I ordered, and it turned out to be cheaper too.

    Awful customer service and IMPOSSIBLE

    Awful customer service and IMPOSSIBLE to return due to sizing issues! I've been trying to return a tux we bought for my son and haven't heard back from their email in a week. We measured and ordered based on their size chart, but it's too small. When you call, they tell you to email. You email and hear nothing back. It's a big mistake and waste of money! Such a scam. Going to report to BBB!

    Oh man, I really need to research more next time. The jacket didn’t fit, so I asked for a refund. They tried to convince me to keep it, but I insisted on a full refund. They only refunded $115 when the jacket cost $160. I’m still waiting for the rest of my money and an explanation. I also paid $23 to ship it back, but they didn’t refund the shipping. This company is just awful.

    I ordered an item on 2/6 and paid for 3-day express shipping. After 4 days, I had no update, so I contacted them. They informed me that my item would ship in 24 hours and tracking would be updated. Two days later, I called again, and they said they would reach out to the warehouse and get back to me. Instead of calling back, they just canceled my order.

    My views on the company aren't great. Customer service isn't good - only can talk via email, phone's no help, always says no one's there 'cause of covid, which is dumb. Returns or swaps cost a lot - $25 fee just to swap, and you pay to send stuff back, no labels provided. Got 2 white suits, both had black marks.

    They delivered the wrong suit and their customer support is almost useless. It took more than a week to hear back, and instead of helping me return it, they only gave me $30 off on an item I never asked for and don’t need. I’m still waiting on the return approval.

    I wish I had checked them out before buying. Their products are terrible! They don't match what they show online and the quality is poor. Plus, if you want a refund, they take away 20% for restocking.

    After sending over 50 emails, waiting a year and a half, and receiving 3 shipments, I ended up with items I never ordered and lost more than 200 dollars. I’m not mad. I’m just disapointed.

    Customer support is almost not there. When somthing goes wrong with your order, don’t count on them fixing it. Bad place to buy from. Would really sugest shopping somewhere else.

    SCAM!! Horrible, horrible, horrible. I ordered two pairs of shoes ($142) which took a while to get here, but okay. However, the shoes I ordered weren’t the ones they sent. They were a completly different style and the wrong size. I emaled customer service, which was the start of an unbelievable experience. No responce, so I tried calling. They had the phone set to n calls, a bad sign. Then I checked Trustpilot and I saw all of the horror stories that were very simillar to mine. To my surprise, they finally answered my email. They said they changed the style so they sent these shoes. What?!?! They never addresed the size isue. I told them I want a prepaid label to send the shoes back with a 100% refund. They started to bargain with me—first they said they’d credit me for $20, then $30, finally up to $60. I mean, come on!! Then, out of the blue they sent me an email with a prepaid label and they said they’d credit me when they received them. I sent them back and…crickets. No credit. I had to put in a claim on my credit card. Oh, and the shoes I ordered—the ones that they changed the style for—are still on the website. Scam.

    The service was not great. I paid $45 for a two-day delivery, but only received one suit on time. The other one was late, and of course, they didn’t refund the delivery fee. I tried to call customer service many times, but they always said they were too busy and I got disconnected. They sent me emails saying there’s a 30% restocking fee, even though their website promises a 100% money-back guarantee. Then, on their return page, it said the restocking fee was only 20%. I got emails from two different names, MensUSAMenswear and Mens Tuxedo USA, which made it confusing to know who I was actually dealing with. The suit was poor quality and see-through. It was supposed to have an expandable waistline, but it didn’t, and I had to pay more for tailoring. When I emailed them to return one of the suits, they offered me a $50 credit. The whole experience was a mess. They delayed my order for no good reason and their customer service is almost non-existent. Emails take forever, and when you finally hear back, they don't make much sense. I wouldn't recommend this company.

    I honestly don't know where to begin. My wife has warned me multiple times to avoid this company, but I kept giving them another shot and they let me down each time. You end up paying for return shipping, but then they won't refund you for restocking fees or the "original shiping fee." I returned my last item 2 weeks ago. They got it but have not replied to my messages since then. They promised me $30 to keep the item, but I turned down their offer and chose to return it. I've already filed a dispute with my bank for a full refund because this company only gives back about half of what I paid. They've done that before. Worst customer service ever. They won't pick up the phone. If you're lucky, you'll get a response to emails after about two weeks. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL RUNNING AFTER ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. We might need to report them to the proper authorities.

    I placed an order for two items from this company. When I received my package, it included the two items I had ordered plus an extra one I didn’t ask for. I reached out to the company to notify them of the mistake and asked about returning the additional item. They offered me a discount to keep it, but I chose to return everything and paid the shipping cost according to their rules. I got back the amount for the two items I ordered, minus the restocking fee as they had mentioned on their site. I contacted them again and requested a partial refund for the return shipping of the extra item. I explained that I took responsibility for the return of the two items but felt they should cover the return shipping for the extra one. They declined and reminded me that, according to their policy, I was responsible for all return shipping costs.

    This company sent me the wrong jacket. I thought they would take care of the return shipping since it was their mistake. Sadly, I was wrong. Getting in touch with them through email, which was the only way, was hard. They offered me a $50 credit if I kept the wrong jacket, but I was still out the remaining $139 I spent. Eventually, I just wanted to get rid of it since they wouldn't cover the return cost, so I spent $38 to send it back and still had to pay a restocking fee. In the end, I got only $119 refunded. This business is horrible, and I suggest everyone avoid it!

    The return process was quite difficult. I actually got back 25 percent less than what I originally spent on the item, even after paying 25 dollars for shipping it back. Their customer service isn’t good at all, and their emails are very short. I paid 179 for the tuxedo and got back only 131. In the end, I lost 70 dollars from buying this suit. I wouldn’t suggest shopping with them because their sizes are really small, and if you pick the wrong size, you’ll end up losing money on returns. Ridiculous since I spent so much on the suit.

    I would rate them with zero stars if I could. One of the most disappointing companies I’ve dealt with. Their products are way off in sizing, designed for very tiny people. I purchased a 40 regular from another brand, and it fit my husband perfectly. But the 40 regular from this company barely even fits around his back. The quality is just awful, and when you try to return the item, they offer a discount on something else instead of simply processing a refund. It's really misleading.

    Avoid buying from Mens Tuxedo USA. Firstly, the jacket size was way off... I am a 44L, ordered a 44L, and received a jacket marked 44L. The sleeves were 2 inches too short, and the fit was far from right... it resembled Chris Farley in a small coat. Also, the jacket looked different from the photos, and to make matters worse, I paid $28 for return shipping, yet they've only refunded 75% of the tux cost. Avoid Mens Tuxedo USA.

    I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. They sent me the wrong suit, then only offered a small discount to keep it. Their customer service is virtually non-existent; you can't even reach them by phone, and emails go unanswered. It seems like they're operating out of a garage, and the whole experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

    The suit was about 4-6 sizes bigger than the other 44Ls I own. When I reached out to customer service, there was no politeness or any attempt to be helpful. The representative was unprofessional and immediately began the conversation by mentioning there are fees for returns and exchanges. So now I have to pay for shipping both ways AND for the exchange. What kind of nonsense is this?!

    The customer service is very poor. We ordered a suit 10 days before our event, but it arrived a day after the event was over. We tried to return it, but they offered a discount if we kept it, and then stopped responding to our emails. Now, we're left with no option but to request a chargeback. There's no phone support either. Disappointing experience.

    I bought a dinner jacket from here. They told me it was damaged and said I could choose a different one if it cost no more than $20 extra. I picked one that cost the same as the first jacket. But the jacket never arrived. I lost $179. After reading other reviews, this place should be closed by the bbb.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    I ordered 4 tuxedos, but only got 1. The other 3 were “missing” by fedex. Menstuxedousa can’t be reached because of “covid” according to their voicemail (seriously? Covid? Complete idiots). I have sent over 2000 emails to their customer support. No reply.
