You wouldn't believe what happened
You wouldn't believe what happened with my glasses order! So, I place my order on Friday, but completely forgot to attach my prescription. Lens Direct was on it, sending me reminders on Saturday. But tech issues, ugh! I couldn’t upload it. I also ordered contacts—piece of cake. Then, I decided to reorder my glasses on Saturday, but I messed up and got regular sunnies instead of the cool Transition lenses I wanted. Spent all Sunday stressing about the cost of two pairs of glasses plus contacts. Tried to cancel on Sunday, but the bot said nope. Come Monday, I asked a better question and got Keisha. She sorted everything out in 10 minutes. Keisha for the win!
