I've been dealing with Kitco

I've been dealing with Kitco on and off since 2008, and I've never had any issues. Once, I sold all my gold and silver, requesting a check for the total amount in my account to buy a house. About a year later, when I wanted to invest in gold again, I thought I'd need to open a new account. Surprisingly, my old account was still available, even after more than a year with no activity and a zero balance. That made things easier. I've called customer service a few times for general questions, and they've always been helpful. The website is great, with lots of information, live and historical charts, news articles, and prices for all their products. Pricing seems fair compared to other companies I've checked. What I appreciate most is their transparency, no hidden fees. Doing business with them has been enjoyable, and I plan to continue. Hope this helps someone.

The company is okay

The company is okay, but their rules are kinda strange. Every time I pay, I gotta call back and answer more questions. It's annoying, but I get it. On the bright side, they're popular with gold and silver fans, especially for their vaultchain.

Have made a few large orders from them. Prices are good, but service is bad. The staff that they have are young and inexperienced. As well they came up 10 OZ short of my gold delivery which was corrected. I use Border gold now, which has similar prices but way more professional. Border has stupidly expensive prices in silver however
