    Jenny Craig has truly exceeded my expectations

    Jenny Craig has truly exceeded my expectations. In just three weeks, I've lost a remarkable 10 pounds, which is incredible at 65 years old. While the program's food can be a bit pricey, its quality and convenience are unmatched. Unlike other diets, I never experience hunger pangs throughout the day. The coaching and support network provided by Jenny Craig has been instrumental in my success. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking effective weight loss with excellent support.

    Jenny Craig was a great program

    Jenny Craig was a great program before they shut down and a new company took over as an online service. Their service is quite erratic when you place an order. Customer Service mentioned it could take between 1 to 10 days to dispatch orders. The reps sound mechanical. They couldn't assist with the delay of my last order. Then the rep asked if they resolved my problems. Really? They used to send out orders the next day, but now it takes more than a week to leave the warehouse. I will seek a more dependable, capable program. It is such a letdown what happened to Jenny Craig.

    Jenny Craig didn't meet my expectations

    Jenny Craig didn't meet my expectations. The consultant seemed distracted, chatting with the secretary like best friends. She didn't focus on me or offer encouragement, just followed a script. Customer service set me up with another consultant who treated my questions about weight and food like they were dumb. It was all too scripted and confusing. Cancelled my plan because I wanted to lose weight efficiently, not deal with bad food and hassle. Wouldn't recommend Jenny Craig, go grocery shopping instead.

    Jenny Craig is a RIPP OF COMPANY. Don't buy their food. I joined for the 30 day plan for $509.00. In the first 14 days, I tried the food. It made me sick and tasted horrible. I called customer service to get a refund for the 14 days plan that wasn't shipped yet and to refund me $275.00. They said they don't do refunds. What a rip off. Buyer beware DO NOT BUY FROM JENNY CRAIG. Also, I didn't even get the second order of food, but I have to paid for it.

    Jenny Craig is a terrible company. I'd give zero stars. I signed up for a 14-Day x2 meal plan. I paid in advance for two shipments because it was cheaper. After the first delivery, I decided not to continue, so I logged in to cancel auto-renewal. Since I prepaid, I still had one shipment left. I changed meal options for that delivery because I disliked half the meals from the first shipment. I got a confirmation email for the meal changes & another for plan cancellation. The email mentioned a possible refund in 7-14 days, so I thought I might get a refund for half the prepaid meals. It was June 9th. After 4 weeks, I got neither a refund nor the second shipment. Jenny Craig took my money without sending the last shipment I paid for. I called customer service & explained. They said Jenny Craig never gives refunds & claimed no email mentioned a refund. I still had the email & offered to send it. I wasn't expecting a refund but wanted either a refund or my second shipment. They said they couldn't see my active account & transferred me. Again, they said Jenny Craig never gives refunds. I canceled online & didn't see anything about canceling my second shipment or not getting a refund. They said they'd resend the first order to cover the second, but I'd changed my meal options & wanted the updated shipment. They said it was too late to change. Jenny Craig lacks good customer service. They don't give refunds & failed to fulfill my prepaid service, despite waiting 4 weeks and wasting 30 minutes on the phone. They blamed me. This was my experience. I'd never recommend Jenny Craig—they care more about money than people.

    I wouldn't give Jenny Craig even one star. I joined for a week and saw their true colors real quick. The consultant was not focused on me at all; she and the secretary were busy being besties the whole time. She didn't give me any attention or encouragement. She just followed a script the entire time. My overall experience was bad. I called customer service, and they set me up with an on-call consultant. When I asked questions, she answered like they were dumb questions about my weight and food, also following a script. I decided to cancel everything because I only wanted to lose 16 pounds, not deal with confusion and bad-tasting food. I wouldn't recommend Jenny Craig to anyone. In fact, I would run if I were you. Smart shop at the grocery store instead of going to a scam company like Jenny Craig, never agian.
