Instead, I've been met with canned responses and unrelated emails. Despite my repeated requests, they won't call me back. It's clear there's some illegal activity going on here, as I have no agreement with anyone to sell my property. Investorlift claims to take these issues seriously, but their actions say otherwise.

We signed a contract with Mark Gabryel, thinking everything was set, but on the last day of the inspection period, we got a text saying they wanted to drop the offer by 30K because of unexpected costs. We tried to negotiate, but it didn’t work out, so we asked for a cancellation. Then, to our surprise, we found our house listed on Investorlist with Mark as the owner! We had no idea this could happen without our consent. When we confronted him, he quickly removed it, saying it was just prep work for after closing. It’s confusing and feels shady.
