Waste of time and money

They use to call themselves pay per closing but if I knew that I would not have tried this because I saw bad reviews about that company. Whether true or not I agree with the other bad reviews. I lost $1500 because they give you these leads and some that I called didn’t even know why i called them.. apparently they just clicked on a home on Facebook .. the way they sell their service is they tell me there are all good leads because they have to actively register. Some were realtors and so you get these leads but because of the lack of quality leads you can waste so much time!!! And it seems fair when you sign up because they said they will refund you if you don’t close one or they will refund you if you don’t get enough leads or reimburse you in your first deal.. so offshore sounds great, BUT UNFORTUNATELY the leads were not viable and I did not close any while working my real good leads but they did not refund me because I did not qualify after giving me this whole intensive interview… like I was supposed to follow up with them religiously and just a number of things that of course will prevent you from qualifying for a refund…who wants to waste more time with useless leads! I definitely followed up with these people. Some of these leads didn’t know what they registered for and since were just upset that I called them. I just don’t like that not only did I waste my lead generating time I was out $1500. I guess it’s a write off! Sure you can get lucky but I have another lead system and you can just tell the difference in how these leads reciprocated with less enthusiasm like my other.

Save Your money Please

They promise to meticulously screen and nurture your leads, but reality reveals something entirely different. Not once did they actively reach out or move any of my leads through the pipeline utterly useless. I received 215 leads, yet managed contact with only 10, each one broke and merely browsed without genuine interest or resources. Frankly, I might have had better luck gambling away my investment in Vegas. The leads were so catastrophically poor in quality that it cost me a valued team member, who left out of sheer frustration. To compound matters, when I requested a refund, their dismissive response was simply that I didn't qualify yet another slap in the face. Another agent echoed the exact same disappointing experience; clearly, this wasn't an isolated incident. Their sales staff excel only in one area telling elaborate tales of grand promises just to secure your signature. Do yourself a favor: avoid wasting your money, effort, and sanity on this company. Time for the DOJ to investigate them.

80 poor quaity leads / Money back guarantee is a JOKE!

Every positive review about House Jet comes from agents who have just signed up because they require you to post a positive review during the onboarding process. That’s how they drown out the negative reviews—otherwise, they’d have nothing but complaints. Meanwhile, every negative review comes from agents who have actually experienced the extremely poor lead quality firsthand. Unfortunately, I fall into the latter category. I chose to work with House Jet after their sales representative assured me of a money-back guarantee if I didn’t close a deal within a year. They also promised support in contacting leads to supplement my own efforts. Given my 26+ years of experience in the industry, I quickly completed their training in under a week. I have a strong track record with internet-generated leads from platforms like Zillow and Realtor.com, including closing a $2.6 million transaction from a Zillow lead. In addition to being a real estate professional, I am also a mortgage broker, which means I have the expertise to financially qualify leads over the phone. Confident in my ability and reassured by House Jet’s promises, I moved forward. House Jet provided me with 80 leads, primarily sourced from Facebook and their website. However, the quality of these leads was alarmingly poor: 95% had invalid phone numbers 20% had incorrect email addresses Emails to leads with bad phone numbers received zero responses I was only able to speak with 1% of leads, none of whom were serious buyers or sellers Even when using House Jet’s recommended scripts, the leads I encountered were largely unqualified or unmotivated. After 26 years in the business, I can confidently say that House Jet is the worst lead provider I have ever encountered. The quality of leads was exceptionally poor, and their guarantee was not upheld. Finding a single qualified, motivated buyer or seller proved nearly impossible.

Its A Thin Line above a Scam - and that' saying a lot

I joined HouseJet as a referral agent in late 2023. This is LITERALLY what I was told when I decided to buy into their lead program - "You pay $3k upfront and you begin getting monthly leads. Once you close on your first deal, you get the $3k reimbursed!" $3k hard-earned dollars...absolutely wasted on a company that "is working hard to improve our service - apologies for all the down time - our system wasn't working right". - NEVER any mention that it expired in 12 months and then they would begin charging you monthly for their cow patty of a "CRM". - NEVER any mention that you HAD TO USE THEIR CRM - it is a HORRID CRM at that..I use MOXI and my own tools, theirs is garbage and they won't let you consolidate your leads and do what you do normally - or they'll say you "didn't update your leads regularly on our CRM, so you aren't eligible for a refund" - After 12 months of sporadic leads that literally lead NOWHERE (these are recycled, reused leads that are mostly trash..not that there are many great lead programs out there, but this one is certainly among the very worst..but mostly because their sales person was not forthcoming, didn't explain any of this when they sold it to me...they sold me a golden egg, I received a broken egg yolk. I am actively speaking to attorneys to see if its worth going after them for their fraudulent and misrepresented products. I would RUN from this company..and fast. They will tell you beautiful things and mislead you til they turn and pull the "oh it was only a 12 month program..and you have to use our CRM, etc.". Absolute garbage - looking back, and seeing who they really are - I feel cheated, ridiculous and upset that I fell for their gimmick. Am I upset and an angry customer - think that's obvious - but more than anything I am putting this out here so that you simply do not waste your time. Go with BoomTown, Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. even if they're more expensive because you pay monthly, their leads are faaaar better - and they will not treat you like HouseJet did to me and SO MANY OTHERS...some of whose reviews have been removed or suppressed.

When I followed up with the leads from HouseJet, they turned out to be fake. The contact details given were not valid, and despite my efforts to reach them, I got no replies. Moreover, several leads claimed they were never interested in finding a home, suggesting their details were used without their consent. HouseJet also promised a refund within 12 months if leads did not convert, but when I asked for a refund and expressed my dissatisfaction, they locked me out of my account to prevent me from getting needed info. I reached out to HouseJet in September 2023 to complain about the poor lead quality and their lack of responsiveness. I have plenty of proof showing my attempts to address the lead issues with them. Additionally, they did not provide the quality leads as promised each month. Even though I kept trying to resolve the problem and ask for a refund, HouseJet insisted on waiting until the 12-month period before considering it. After following their request, I discovered the company still did not keep its promises. This has caused me considerable financial strain and stress, making it hard to use their service effectively. I did not get the results they assured me of during our communications. I’ve found out I’m not alone in being misled by HouseJet. It’s clear HouseJet is involved in deceptive practices by giving false leads and misleading info to customers. I want to make sure this company is exposed for its dishonest actions and to stop them from tricking others. I urge everyone to be cautious of HouseJet’s unethical practices and to spread the word to help prevent others from being scammed.

House Jet Is a Predatory Scam – Realtors, Beware If you’re a real estate agent considering House Jet, stop right now. This company is nothing more than a polished, overpriced scam targeting hardworking agents with false promises and deceptive guarantees. They lure you in with a slick pitch about high-quality, exclusive leads and back it up with a “one-year warranty” that’s supposed to give you peace of mind. What they actually deliver are low-quality, cold, recycled leads—if they deliver anything at all. Most are unresponsive, unmotivated, or outright confused about why you’re contacting them. And yet, House Jet has the audacity to charge a premium price for this garbage. When it comes time to hold them to their one-year refund promise, you’ll hit a wall of excuses, silence, and shady evasiveness. It’s a classic bait-and-switch: once they’ve taken your money, they vanish into a fog of fine print and fake accountability. I’ve personally connected with nearly 30 other agents who’ve been taken for a ride by House Jet, and we are in the process of organizing a class action lawsuit. This isn’t just poor service—it’s systemic fraud, and it’s time they’re held accountable. House Jet doesn’t just fail to deliver. They actively exploit agents with a shiny scam disguised as a lead service. Don’t fall for it. There are better, more honest ways to grow your business. This isn’t one of them.

If I can help one person

I am not one to usually write reviews, and I am really not one to complain, but if I can help one person my 4500 dollars will have not gone in vain. This company is unfortunately a complete scam. They are actually brilliant scammers. As soon as you sign up they have you write a review which is full of excitement and enthusiasm. I don’t think one review was written after one get leads because it’s not really too possible to get leads from here. I tried disputing the charge because I was 100% lied to when I signed up, but they are masters at this since everyone tried disputing and they used ridiculous proof that I gained. I did not get one vetted lead. They sent me all the leads way out of my zip, and I asked for only seller leads; I didn’t get one. I paid a higher fee of 4500 because supposedly I would get more leads but lol I did not get one vetted lead. They are going to respond with a beautiful response on how I was just doing it wrong. But please don’t fall for this. Just looking to help people not be entrapped

Promises business but lies about leads and guarantees.

They are the underbelly of Real Estate and are feeding on the dreams of struggling agents. Despicable business practices. Mike Otto is a criminal as far as I’m concerned. They are great on the front end but once they have your money you are on your own. The leads were ridiculous. For instance, an immigrant wanting a 5 bd, 5ba home with no money down and no work history or SS information. I received many leads, not ONE was viable. I asked for assistance along the way and was told they would change up my criteria and “reboot” my leads. At the end of my contract I was denied a refund, and when I sought help for my credit card company House Jet informed me I was denied my refund based on my cc dispute.

HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY

If I could give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE CHARLATANS. These people promise you the world and deliver on none of it. All of these positive reviews are either from bots or people that just signed up and have no idea what they're in for. If you speak with an agent who's been with them for more that a few months they'll all say the same thing. These people are a bunch of liars and thieves and the money back guarantee is load of BS. They also indirectly force you to pay for a $97/month add-on that actually makes their systems somewhat usable. They're quick to take your money and persistent in keeping it. Don't waste your time. For your own sake!

They promised seller leads but ended

They promised seller leads but ended up giving me buyer leads with wrong phone numbers. They also said there would be an inside sales team to manage the leads, but that never happened. I had to call every lead myself, or else the next one wouldn’t be released to me. This wasn’t what we agreed on since they promised live transfer leads, but I ended up doing all the cold calls.

Don't Waste Your Money

I signed up with HouseJet in August of 2024, after a wonderfully done presentation. I have paid $1500. up front and $87./monthly and yes, I have received 'leads'; however, NONE of them have been REAL! I call, email and mail each lead. Most are either fake names, phone numbers and/or email addresses. NONE have been legitimately looking to buy or sell a home!

The WORST lead source ever

This is the WORST real estate lead source I have ever had. I was scammed with rental leads, out of my area nonsense and bogus non-committing leads that clicked on Housejet's supposedly "amazing" Facebook ads. It's like stealing thousands of dollars and not honoring the refund...committing to keeping my money with a loophole. Do yourself a favor and RUN!
