I was so stoked about the design and layout of this couch, but seriously, the quality is a letdown. I've only had it for a few weeks, and it's already looking like I've had it for ages. Nothing's lining up right, zero support in the back, and the fabric decided to do its own stretching routine – definitely not sitting flat on the base. Feeling a bit lost here 'cause I spent months on the couch hunt, and I'm not exactly thrilled about going on that mission again.

Did some serious digging before diving into this purchase, but the assembly surprise hit hard. Thought we were getting some mega storage in the seats, but reality check – not so much, and they need lining, not just plain plywood. To top it off, the directions played hide-and-seek with the actual parts – major mismatch. Feeling a bit duped, and the struggle is real. Gotta give a heads-up to the next shoppers – it's an assembly adventure!

I'm seriously impressed with this furniture! It zoomed to my doorstep in no time, the assembly directions were crystal clear, and those furniture creators? Pure geniuses! The color I picked is a dream, and get this – it's holding its own against the Golden Retrievers' drool and the grandkids' wild energy. Wiping off drool? Easier than pie. I'm just loving every bit of it!

The couch looks nice and feels comfy. Putting it together wasn't too hard but took some time. Moving on the fabric can be tough, especially on the ottomans. Considering the effort it took, it seems like a lot for what you pay. It's washable, which is good, but it's a hassle to clean, so I probably won't do it often.

The customer service was really good, maybe the best I've seen in a while. I liked how the customer service rep caught my mistake with the order and fixed it. It ended up being exactly what I wanted from the start.

The company's sectional might seem daunting at first with all the parts, but it actually fits together well. The instructions, with pictures, are clear and simple. The couch feels strong, and we're enjoying it.
