We've been with Healthy Paws since getting TJ and they've been really great. Unfortunately, we've had to use their services too much for TJ but each time their online claim service was super easy and efficient. I've set my payment option for direct deposit to my checking account and usually within three days of claim submission the payment is in my account. As with any pet insurance policy the rates do go up every year but I feel their annual monthly premium increase is quite reasonable and they never raise your rate other than the normal annual policy rate increase no matter how many claims you submit in my experience. The few times that I've needed to contact them by phone they've always been very efficient and helpful in resolving my issue. When originally shopping for pet insurance they had the best rates and coverage. They get ten stars in my opinion.

We signed our Goldendoodle, Emerson, up for Healthy Paws Insurance when we brought him home as a puppy four years ago, and we are very glad that we did. When he was around 2.5 years old, Emerson suffered severe stomach issues and was then diagnosed with irritable bowel disease (IBD). This has led to several hospital visits and costly tests, totaling more than $20K. The Healthy Paws team has been with Emerson the whole time, covering almost all costs (besides our deductible). This has let us give our boy the care and love he needs without worrying about the financial impact of his sickness. Plus, all claims (including very large ones) have been processed within days. We're very thankful for the team at Healthy Paws and cannot recomend them enough!

Our dog injured her leg recently. We've had many vet visits and bills. Thankfully, Healthy paws responded fast to our claims and sent our reimbursements. I’m glad we kept this insurance since she was a puppy because accidents occur no matter how careful we are.
