Good packing overall but one knife wasn’t placed right in the box and the tip of the sheath poked through the carton. One end of the box is strong, but the other isn’t. Out of the two knives, one was put in the wrong way.

I've bought 4 knives, and that's a different story. These holsters are good, if they’re the same as mine. They look the same, mine is made of Italian leather, and I got it for $27.00 on Amazon. I really want to like you guys, and I do, mostly. It's just the tricks, come on. 50% off, really? I'm not saying you're lying, I just don't get it. I buy holsters all the time. I have 4 holsters just like these, but I got all 4 for what you say one of these usually costs.

I bought two rifle scopes and two knives for $193.91. One knife arrived damaged and wouldn’t come out of the socket. I emailed them several times on 10/07/24, but they only replied that the order was sent, ignoring my issue. After more emails, they finally sent a message on how to fix the knife, but it didn’t work. I informed them that the fix didn’t help, yet they sent another email with a video on how to repair it again. I told them I felt like I was talking to a robot and suggested that a real person should handle customer issues. Frustrated, I tossed the knife in the trash because of their poor communication and support. I got a response today, 10/29/24, stating there’s a warranty and I need to return it, but by then, I had already discarded it. Their reply felt sarcastic, and I wasted too much time on this. I’ve worked with many other companies for guns and gear, and they always solve problems efficiently. This was my first experience with this company, and it will be my last. I just hope the other knife and scopes don’t have any issues.

Try to order a Trump knife and I made a mistake and ordered the Trump set by mistake. Sent 4 messages , no one answered, try to call no one answered, try a different E-mail and I was Blocked. They took the money out of my bank the same day and sent the knife set in 4 days. Nice company, they , to me, don't care about the customer only the money. I would not deal with them and not send for any thing they have. Deal with them at your own risk.

Gunner Gear Switchblade

I purchased a Gunner Gear Switchblade about 4 months ago, 12/2024. After normal use, mostly cutting tape on boxes, the spring that pushes out and retracts the blade broke. I am inquiring about the Gunner Gear replacement policy.
