I had quite a challenge finding affordable public golf courses in Marco Island and Naples, Florida. After some back and forth for a couple of days, I successfully booked four tee times for November 6th to 9th using GolfNow and TeeOff. It was a relief to secure these reservations in the area.

However, I was informed that I was not entitled to a refund because I did not notify GolfNow 24 hours in advance. When I initially made the reservation, there was no rain forecasted. Unfortunately, the weather changed on the day of the reservation, resulting in rain. Despite these circumstances, I was charged without being able to play.

I woke up the morning of my golf day with a bad backache. I couldn’t play at all. When I checked your website, I saw that I couldn't get a refund for my golf or my son-in-law’s unless it was canceled 24 hours before the tee time. But accidents and injuries can happen less than 24 hours before. It’s disapointing that Golf Now won't even offer a credit for a future round. I’m not sure I’ll book with Golf Now again.
