Over the years, we've been using Geoforce GPS units, and their customer service has consistently been excellent. While a few units have shown some sensitivity, overall, they have proven to be reliable. In fact, we even managed to recover a stolen truck using the GPS.

To be honest, we’ve encountered a few problems with the devices. They can be a bit temperamental, either stopping reporting or reacting too much in some areas. Nonetheless, Caitlin Murray has consistently been my reliable contact at Geoforce and she’s fantastic. They might as well rename her Johnny because she is ALWAYS Johnny On-The-Spot when I have problems. Geoforce earns an extra 1 1/2 to 2 stars just for her customer service.

I've been receiving invoices for trackers that I don't even own. These issues have made me quite hesitant to consider buying trackers from Geoforce.
