No stars. Abysmal customer service. I made a purchase through their Walmart web store, and the order was shipped via UPS but somehow ended up at the local United States Post Office. The post office declined to return it for UPS delivery due to the absence of a mailbox in this rural location. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, these guys insisted I contact UPS. When I reached out to UPS, they pointed out that Food Service Direct was the shipper, and I couldn't make any changes. Rather than taking proactive steps, they shifted the blame to me and recited their rules and regulations. To add to the frustration, they laid the fault on Walmart's policies. Frustrated, I escalated the problem directly to Walmart, and they swiftly resolved it within two minutes, emphasizing that Food Service Direct should not have treated me poorly and should have managed the situation. After 14 days of futile back-and-forth, Walmart credited me and even sent a 25% coupon for my next purchase, which, needless to say, I won't be using at Food Service Direct. They are truly disappointing.
