    I purchased a shirt for my son with a player number

    I purchased a shirt for my son with a player number on the back, but the player changed his number, so now the shirt is useless! I get that mistakes happen, but shouldn’t the company wait until the player numbers are final before selling these shirts? I reached out to customer service, but they were unhelpful. The representative was curt and didn't seem to care at all.

    I attempted to return a jersey that was too small for my husband. The first automated call sent me a text with a link for the return process. However, the order number provided in the text didn’t work when I tried to use it. Today, I used the online chat feature. They asked for my email and said they would send a shipping label. They mentioned that the $9.99 return fee would be waived. Now, it’s been around 10 hours and I still haven't received the label. I am getting frustraded. For a company that claims returns are simple, it’s not looking good.

    Detestable company with an entirely unethical stranglehold on sports memorabilia. The merchandise they offer is of subpar quality, lacking any semblance of durability. They exploit their dominant position in the market, setting exorbitant prices with impunity, having eliminated or suppressed any potential competitors by aggressively securing exclusive licenses. The absence of competition leaves them indifferent to improving product standards. Fanatics has eradicated the joy associated with sports memorabilia, prioritizing shareholder gains over customer satisfaction. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, warranting a rating in negative territory.

    I got an email saying my order has come.

    I got an email saying my order has come. I opened the box and found a San Francisco shirt instead of the Bills jacket I asked for, which is about a 150$ mistake in items. Then, I got the right sweater but it’s the wrong size. I’ve called but the robot can’t help me. I told Chat Fanatics how upset I am, and they told me to wait to see if the jacket shows up, even though I already got a confirmation it’s been delivered. They want me to send back the hoodie that’s the wrong size. I want a refund for the jacket and honestly a refund for the sweater too because after reading reviews I have little trust in Fanaticss.

    Wow, returning stuff through their website is such a surprise. It's really pricey, like I remember it costing £6.20, which is way more than usual. And even after paying that much, they don't stick to their promise of giving your money back within 10 working days. Right now, I'm on my second chat this week trying to get my refund! What a waste of time and money. My advice: steer clear of Fanatics. Their service is too expensive and just not up to scratch. Not a good mix at all!

TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, HE DIDN'T WANT TO GO AND $200 WASTED ON GAME TICKETS AND THE BIRTHDAY ANNOUNCEMENT. ALSO, THEY WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY ON A GIFT CARD I WILL NEVER USE BECAUSE THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. SO I’M OUT OF $70 THEY WON’T RETURN. FANATICS ARE TERRIBLE—DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

    I would give a minus if I could! They put up items for sale that they don’t even have! Ordered a tshirt on 2/5, first they said it would ship by 3/15, then 3/18, now it’s pushed to April. It’s a Luca 77 LA tshirt, and they dont even own one to sell. Just taking money without sending the item! Completely fradulent!

    It could just be me, but the quality of their products is really poor. This will be my last purchase from them. I ordered a Miami hurricanes and dolphins shirt. It feels and looks like something you'd get at a dollar store for $9.99. I've shopped with them before, but this is definetly my final time.
