    I just looked at my credit card bill and had to deal with FOUR chargebacks cause they said they'd refund me but never did. None of my orders were unlocked at all. They have this nonrefundable $4.95 Verizon unlock thing, but it always gets rejected. The reasons are like outstanding bill, less than 6 months use, or other issues. These are exactly why people pay to unlock phones, and rejecting them for these reasons makes the whole website pointless. Really frustrating experience and feels like a scam. Avoid this site if you want to keep your money safe.
