They charge a lot, but their work is detailed. It would be better if I didn’t have to deal with so many different folks. I had to interact with 5 different individuals for my return that included both crypto and regular filing. The staff is nice and supportive. I hoped for more tax guidance and not just help with filing. I'm not sure if they saved me any money, but they were careful and relatively easy to deal with.
