I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a subscription I apparently set up in May. I've been charged $19.95 every month for the past 6 months, even though I've never used your services.
First, I contacted Smart Credit at 877-372-3895 and spoke with Jessica. She explained the services and offered to cancel the subscription and credit 2 months back. I informed her that I'd paid for 6 months of unused services, and she suggested I call Credit Versio first to see if they could provide a larger credit. If not, I should call her back.
So, I contacted Credit Versio and spoke with Travis. He also explained the services and offered to cancel but said they could only credit 1 month back. I wasn't satisfied with this and requested to speak with his supervisor. However, Travis insisted there was no one else I could talk to. He claimed he was the sole employee at Credit Versio, which left me baffled and frustrated.
I decided to call Smart Credit back, and Christopher told me that I'd received misinformation, and they couldn't do anything further. When I requested to speak to his supervisor, a lady named Amber got on the phone and echoed the same message, stating that Credit Versio was the only entity that could assist me. This entire ordeal has been immensely frustrating and unhelpful.
