    I recently faced a problem when my PC suddenly turned off, and thanks to Jason G., I was able to find out the problem was with my GPU. I’ve never worked much with PC parts before but felt okay trying it (I taught myself car repairs so I thought this would be alright). Jason’s instructions were so simple that I believe anyone can take a PC apart and put it back together with them. My warranty was expired, but customer service (Jason and the team) kindly sent me Corsair parts to help find the problem without risking other parts. Just wanted to say thanks—I couldn’t have done it without your help! Alex Velasquez

    Well, first off the product I have was bought used since I’m not working right now and needed help from customer service. I really didn’t expect such good service. So far, they’ve been very kind, friendly, and knowledgable. Just what you want from a company. I didn’t buy my cooler new, so it didn’t come with an Intel mounting bracket. Customer service contacted me and said they might help even though I didn’t buy it new. I think this is pretty amazing, and even if I don’t get one, I will still keep buying from this company just because of the help I’ve gotten so far.

    I recently reached out to Corsair about the new packs of Quikturn Fan Screws. They were listed on their website but weren’t available for sale yet. I only needed 12 white screws for a Corsair fan pack I bought from Amazon UK, but sadly, the screws were missing since it was a returned item from someone else. In the end, NICK H at Corsair sent me the whole pack with all three colours included, and these even arrived via courier from the Netherlands! Great customer service, and I really hope this gets back to him... Thanks again Corsair!

    Needed to start an RMA for a power supply covered by a 10 year warranty after 6 years of heavy gaming. Raton S helped with the RMA process, handling it smoothly and answering fast. I’d pick Corsair for all my gaming gear because their products and customer help are very good and have always worked well for me.

    The service tech I talked to was really helpful and knew a lot. He gave me the right info. But the website needs improvement. I tried to find the right atx 24 pin cable for my power supply. It wasn’t clear which power cable to use. Using ChatGpt and google, I thought I found the right cable. When the cable finally showed up (after a long wait), it was exactly the same as one I already had. The cables say AX1200/AXi only. I ordered one for my RM850. All info said NOT to use that cable because the pin out is different. When I finally got support, the tech said the cable was correct. This was VERY annoying to me and the website gave me NO help at all. It’s really hard to find clear info. If I need help with cables or power supply stuff, I will only contact support and not use the website. I will also look for other sellers with better web info and service.

    Despite differing views from other reviewers, I want to share my positive take on Corsair. I've been using their products for quite some time, and this company has consistently delivered for me, sometimes impressively so. Recently, I purchased a K70 RGB PRO keyboard, but it lacked a palm rest, and I found its edge a bit uncomfortable. Although I couldn't find the replacement part among Corsair's usual offerings, I discovered that I could request it directly from their warehouse for a flat $15 shipping fee. As someone who supports the right to repair, I appreciate Corsair's provision of spare parts for all their products, including discontinued ones, even if it likely doesn't bring them much profit. I'm a loyal fan of Corsair and will continue to use and recommend their products to others because I hold them in high esteem.

    I have a lot of Corsair gear—keyboard K70

    I have a lot of Corsair gear—keyboard K70, mouse, mat, lighting kit, case, fans, command kit, and water cooling. Generally, most has been fine. However, the Void headset is poor. Battery life is bad and it's not great compared to other brands. The old USB charger port only works with a dongle. Plus, my keyboard keys didn’t last long (less than 2 years with 12 hours a week). I bought it new and tried to get help from support, but heard nothing. I ended up buying new keys. I'm now looking at other brands for something more durable. Corsair, I like your stuff, but I'm let down by your service and think your products could be more future-proof (maybe I'm just being fussy).

    I got fans and a keyboard - pretty good. Recently got the RM850e PSU with a promised 7-year warranty. It died in just 8 months. Corsair did okay in replacing it fast, but the UPS delivery was a bit shaky - no updates on where my package was. They sent a replacement quickly, but it was a refurbished model, not brand new! Refurbished isn't bad, but my 7-year warranty got slashed to just 1 year. I wouldn't have bought it with a 1-year warranty. Only 3 stars from me. It should've been brand new with the full warranty or at least an option for an extended one, matching the original deal. Very let down.

I recommend considering third-party options, like Logitech, for a smoother customer experience.

This rigid approach to customer service detracts from the overall experience. Considering the abundance of reputable companies offering more accessible and responsive support, exploring alternatives might be prudent for a more satisfactory experience.

Responses from their agents were brief and unhelpful, lacking any semblance of care. My defective computer, along with my money, has been in limbo for two weeks without a single reply. It's disheartening to witness the decline from what was once a stellar company to one that engages in deceptive web ordering and neglects customer care. Currently embroiled in Corsair Investigations (Inv C1163329), this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.
