    They are not good!

    They are not good! It took more than a month to get my order, even though I paid for rush delivery! After just two weeks, the lenses started to fall out. I called them and they said they could fix it, but only for an extra fee. That seems unfair, especially since I just got them.

    This company is awful.

    This company is awful. We placed an order on Wednesday for next day delivery. No response from them on Thursday. Called today and was told it takes 4 days to process. WHY EVEN OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF YOU DON'T DO THAT?? SCAM! My son had been having terrible headaches while waiting for his new glasses. We CHOSE this company because we thought it would be super fast. Not the case! They refuse to refund the next day shipping fee too! Awful way to do business! We were told they won't be delivered until late next week. This is such a horrible way of doing business. I will never buy from here again. Thanks for showing what horrible customer service you have. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. So disappointed this company REFUSED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

    Stay away from them

    I placed an order online for my wife. I put in the prescription exactly as it was on the paper. These were a mulifocal prescription. 2 weeks later glasses show up and are wrong. They did not add the last part so they don't work at all. When i contacted them they said first I did't put the add on in the form. Then they said I ordered it as a single prescription lens which by the numbers alone you would know it's not. But if course if I return them then they will make the correct pair for of course more money. Thier glasses are made in Thailand so you get what you get. Stay away and find some one who will make the correct ones in the first place. For the money you spend you would think they would care.

    CoolFrames recommended I upgrade my delivery

    CoolFrames recommended I upgrade my delivery from standard to UPS express. The fee was $35, but they offered a $10 discount, which was nice. However, I ended up paying $5 import tax (no big deal) and $60 for the UPS brokerage fee. My purchase of $260 turned into $350, which didn’t seem right. I could’ve just gone to a local optics store and avoided all these extra charges. When I contacted CoolFrames, they suggested I check with local customs about the fees, which felt unprofessional and not customer-friendly. If I’d decided to cancel, they wouldn’t refund the lenses and would charge a $10 restocking fee, so I was losing money either way. Thanks, CoolFrames, but I won’t be back.

    The company took a long time to craft and deliver my glasses, despite the website stating it would take 4-10 business days. It actually took 14 business days. Additionally, I had to pay duty fees when the glasses arrived in Canada. Furthermore, I ended up shelling out an extra $101 for reframing and reconfiguring, along with another $29 for processing, on top of the already significant $1000 spent on the glasses. This experience left me quite dissatisfied.

    Ordered frames. Company claims

    Ordered frames. Company claims they were delivered, but after waiting a few days to check with neighbors, no sign of them. USPS carriers seem to mark packages delivered prematurely, and now I'm out $202.50. The company is making the insurance process unnecessarily delayed by putting the responsibility on me to submit, when it's actually their obligation. Coolframes, refund my money so I can purchase my glasses from a reliable source.

    The glasses I had initially purchased were not there, so they offered me a refund or to buy them in another color. I bought them in another color, however, I did not like them. I have been emailing them daily asking to exchange or return them and they have NOT responded! The after-sales service is horrible!

    It took way too long to get them.

    It took way too long to get them. After that, the services were terrible. I ended up breaking them and throwing them away. I just went to a nearby store to buy new glasses.
