They call you nonstop when they want your business, but once you need help, it's impossible to get a response. I paid a lot of money for them to handle my taxes, and yet, I can’t even get a hold of someone to ask about my returns. All they sent me were forms with numbers I didn’t agree with, and when I tried to reach out about it, no one bothered to get back to me. Of course, they took my money without hesitation, but forgot all about customer support. This company is unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about its clients. One thing’s for sure: I will never use their services again.

Dealing with this company for back taxes, especially if you have more than 2 years to catch up on, is a real headache. You end up talking to at least 5 different people, none of whom seem to know what the others are up to. It's like they're all on different pages. And good luck trying to get a timely response from them—it takes them a whole week just to call you back! Plus, they conveniently forget to mention that they don't deal with State taxes, leaving you to figure that out on your own. Their approach to resolving debts is sketchy at best—they'll suggest sending in tiny payments, as low as $10, to chip away at massive debts over a span of 10 years. It's like they're trying to drag things out until the statute of limitations kicks in. And let's not even get started on their prices—they're through the roof! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this service. We've been with them for over a year and all we've got to show for it is a rejected resolution with the IRS and a frozen State account. It's been a total waste of $5000, with each year's worth of taxes costing us around $1000.
