Terrible Post-Purchase Experience
Bought a Jaguar I-Pace for nearly £30,000 from [Car Supermarket Name], and the after-sales service has been a nightmare. The heating system in the car is broken, which makes winter driving super dangerous since the windscreen gets all misty and I can't clear it. When I tried to get it fixed, I was told there are no service appointments until next year!
I've gone to the dealership twice and called numerous times, but the service team is useless and don't care at all. They haven't even tried to find a solution by contacting other branches. I’m being told to find my own garage to fix the issue, and they’ll only cover up to £60 per hour at a VAT-registered garage, despite having an extended warranty. What’s the point of the warranty then?
My family won't even get in the car because it's unsafe. This whole ordeal has been beyond frustrating, and the dealership's treatment is unacceptable. They just want your money and don't care about you after the sale. Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.
