Awful company to deal with! Unclear estimates, unexpected fees, outsourced my move without informing me, poor communication, and they rarely respond to calls unless you're trying to schedule a move. I've been waiting for my refund check for 4 months after the approval for damage.

This company should not be allowed to operate or serve the public at all. As a retired combat veteran, a broker connected me to them. Within 24 hours of seeing negative reviews, I emailed my coordinator for a refund of my deposit of $1237. He didn't reply for 24 hours, and Bridgeview said I had only 24 hours for a refund. No one gave me the portal to get my money back. After many calls, they want to keep it without helping me move. This company should close for fraud. Avoid doing business with them.

I had a nightmare experience with a moving company that I just have to share. They initially gave me an estimate, but the final cost ended up being double! Every time I mentioned something that was supposed to be included, they added more charges. We chose them because they promised a Monday delivery, but it arrived late Tuesday night, and we were leaving town early Wednesday. The movers left trash like empty tape rolls and straps behind and tracked dirt onto our freshly cleaned carpets because it was raining. This was my first time using a moving company, and it will definitely be my last. They called a few days before the move to confirm everything and assure me it would be smooth. When things went wrong, they ignored my texts and calls. Moving a one-bedroom apartment within the listed items and boxes should not have cost this much. They have your stuff, and you have to pay to get it back. They shouldn't treat people like this. Moving is stressful enough without this added nightmare.

Despite countless calls, they refuse to return my money and haven't done anything to help me move. This feels like fraud. Avoid this company at all costs, and I'd love to find others in the same situation to take legal action against them.
