I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at Bloom. They were incredibly attentive and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on a new DAP. With their guidance, I purchased the iBasso DX170, and I couldn't be happier. Matthew, in particular, provided me with very specific and helpful information. The shipping was exceptionally fast, and this was my first experience with Bloom - I'm so pleased to have found them. I highly recommend their services.

I placed an order on November 24, and you offered free 2nd day air shipping to finish my purchase. However, instead of that, you chose the slowest shipping option (now expected to arrive on December 9, 15 days later). Why? I would have been willing to pay for faster delivery. Now my son's birthday gift will be late because of this.
