To add to the inconvenience, I am still without one of the blinds I ordered over a month ago. Attempting to seek assistance from customer service has proven futile, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. We order our blinds in May with installation. They claimed they could install by end of June. Now it’s July and I have sacrificed months of sleep because I trusted this company and thought I was saving money. Huge mistake. They just cancelled today and can’t come until next week, they are so behind schedule.
