Initially, I think it's crucial for a company to be transparent about the origin of their products. My recent experience with this company left me with a mixed bag of sentiments. I ordered blinds assuming they would be sourced locally, but to my surprise, they came from various places—China, Viet Nam, and even Texas. Unfortunately, one blind never made it to me. The blinds themselves are of commendable quality, and I'm pleased with the product. However, the frustration arises from the lack of information about the international sourcing, leading to prolonged delivery times. Waiting for items from different countries was not part of my initial expectations, and it took longer than I anticipated. To add to the inconvenience, I am still without one of the blinds I ordered over a month ago. Attempting to seek assistance from customer service has proven futile, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. While the product quality is commendable, the lack of transparency and issues with fulfillment have left me with a less-than-ideal customer experience.

I must admit, I'm quite disappointed with the lengthy 6-week wait to get my hands on the blinds I ordered. The lack of installation instructions only added to my annoyance, forcing me to resort to YouTube for guidance. Despite these setbacks, I must acknowledge that the blinds were crafted accurately according to my specifications.

We order our blinds in May with installation. They claimed they could install by end of June. Now it’s July and I have sacrificed months of sleep because I trusted this company and thought I was saving money. Huge mistake. They just cancelled today and can’t come until next week, they are so behind schedule.

I got this window shade, but the instructions were wrong. Wrote a bad review, but they won't publish it. That's why they're ranked high. Blinds.com won't take bad reviews. Be careful. They say it's about the product, not service, but mine followed rules and still got rejected. Watch out.

The blind does not touch the bottom sill. There is a slat there but not enough string to allow it to touch
