We had not tried Bit Squad before, but we were excited with our delivery. The hot items were steaming hot, and the cold ones were chilled. The order came right on time as they said it would. We'll definitely use them again and tell others about our experience!

Despite receiving a text from the driver claiming to be present, the reality was quite the opposite. Attempting to call back proved futile, and when I contacted Bite Squad for a refund of my $115, they adamantly denied it, insisting the driver had indeed arrived. I must emphasize my strong recommendation to steer clear of this service – an unfortunate and unsatisfactory encounter.

This company is a complete scam! They charge a whopping $69 for a $35 meal. We reached out to them because we never got our meal, and guess what? No refund! This company is a total rip-off. And the driver who stole our meal? Unbelievable! These guys at Bite Squad are a bunch of jerks. Screw them!
