I signed up for the CRA certification course, and it’s quite a thorough program. The way the course is taught is straightforward and simple to understand. I just wish there was a bit more emphasis on the FDA regulations, along with the EU guidelines. This wasn’t very clear when I signed up. Also, the course lacks details on Clinical studies and rules for medical/IVD devices. Clinical studies are handled similarly to clinical trials, so covering that would be helpful. All in all, it’s a decent course.

The material is clearly laid out and easy to follow. It’s well-organized, but it could use a bit more depth. The information provided has broadened my skills and will certainly assist me in my Quality Assurance career. The content supports my understanding and helps me contribute better to my team. Adding some practical examples would be a nice touch. Overall, your materials are very good, and I find the training useful.

There needs to be more in-depth analysis of the topics. It would be helpful to include more real-life scenarios for validation engineers to tackle. For instance, problems with specs on an IQ/OP/PQ or risk assessment situations could be added.

The company's sound quality wasn't good. The AI voice didn't sound nice and was too boring. The info wasn't deep, and the testing was too basic. I'm happy I tried this before spending money.
