I've been ordering from this place for both my business and home needs, and honestly, they’ve mostly been great. I've had a lot of good experiences with them. The reason I'm not giving a full 5-star rating might not even be their fault. I placed an order about a week ago and it's still stuck in processing. I think the delay might be due to shipping from the UK, which is understandable but a bit frustrating. Despite this hiccup, I'm definitely going to keep ordering from them whenever I need something they offer. Overall, they’re reliable for what I need, even if sometimes things get a bit slow.

I ordered a product and got it delivered pretty quickly, which was nice. But I ran into trouble when I tried to get a price match. Their website promises to match any online price, so I reached out to customer service. They said they'd call me back to handle it, but they never did. The price match I needed was from the Gozney website, so it shouldn’t have been hard to check. It was really frustrating to be ignored like that, especially when they make such a big deal about their price match policy. Delivery was good, but customer service let me down big time.

I went into the store expecting free shipping like they advertised. The staff were really great, super helpful and all. But then, when I put in my address, suddenly the free shipping turned into a whopping $1,131! I get it, I live out in the sticks, but we have a trucking company that does deliveries from Seattle to my place. I only found out about the crazy shipping charge after I already paid. Really bummed me out. The staff were nice, but that shipping cost? Total letdown.

Bought a grill cover for 50 bucks as a gift. Had to return it, and they charged me $30 just for shipping. So, I'm only getting $20 back from my original $50. I thought it was ridiculous. Definitely won't be shopping there again.

But lately, things have been going downhill with your shipping partner. UPS, seriously? I’ve had three delays already, and the package is still nowhere to be seen. I ordered a grill from BBQ Authority, thinking they'd be quicker than going through the manufacturer directly. They advertised shipping within 24 hours, which sounded perfect since I needed it before the holiday. But, it's been 5 business days now, and while they say it "shipped" after 3 days, the carrier still hasn’t received it. It feels misleading to call it shipped just because a label was printed. I should've known better, I guess. If they’d been honest about the real shipping times, I could have planned differently. Now I'm stuck waiting and hoping it arrives in time. Just wish businesses would be straightforward about these things.

I decided to go with this company because they’re Veteran-owned and being a Veteran myself, I had high hopes. Ordered a grill but it arrived damaged. Called customer service and they asked for pictures, which I sent right away. They promised to get back to me, but I ended up having to call three times to get any update. Really frustrating. After 25 years of service, I expected better follow-up and support from a Veteran-owned business. Disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. Thought they’d understand the value of good service, but seems like they missed the mark. Not sure I’d recommend them to others.

I ordered something almost two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. I’m in Texas, and usually, I get stuff from all over the country without any problems. But this time, it’s been one big hassle. It’s frustrating because this is my first time ordering from them, and it’s turning out to be quite disappointing. I bought something online from this company and needed to return it. I emailed and called to ask about their return policy. They said I just had to snap a picture and email it to them. So, I did exactly that. But then, they hit me with all these unexpected shipping fees. It was really frustrating because they never mentioned these fees before. Ordered this grill over a week ago, right? Figured it’d ship in a day or two, like they said. But here we are, still waiting. Called customer service a couple days back and they were all apologetic, said it should've shipped already and I'd get an email. Surprise, no email yet. Not holding my breath at this point. Feels like it'll be another week before it even leaves the warehouse. Kinda frustrating when you expect something and it drags on like this. Thought this would be a quick process, but guess I was wrong. Really hope it shows up soon, need it for the weekend.

Checked out their site, hunting for a grill with an infrared side burner and rotisserie. Ended up on the page for a simpler model by accident. The video right below the description showed infrared burners, so I assumed this one had 'em. Got it delivered and started putting it together, only to find out it didn't have the features I wanted. Turns out, since it was already open and assembled, returning or exchanging it wasn't an option. Guess I messed up, but the website's misleading info didn't help either. Frustrating experience, wish they made it clearer.
