I ordered the Gozney Arc XL in advance. They sent it out within a day after it came out. It took a few days to get to Maryland. One part of my order is still on the way since it wasn't ready when everything else shipped. BBQ Authority kept me informed about this. The oven is fantastic, and their customer service was helpful.
