Fast forward to 2023, and I found myself dealing with simultaneous issues – engine lifters gone bad and a malfunctioning navigation unit, prompting me to make two claims. Initially, I reached out to Mike for advice on the claims process and potential pitfalls. He forewarned me about the warranty company's hourly rate limitations, emphasizing the potential out-of-pocket expenses. Despite the caution, I chose the dealership for its expertise, facing a $40 per hour difference. In a moment of uncertainty, I called Mike again, just to discuss my situation. Despite it being 6:15 PM, right before he was about to leave, he patiently listened and offered insights. Following his advice, I forwarded the repair order to him. The next day, a voicemail from the dealership informed me that the warranty company had revised their offer, saving me $600. To my realization, Mike had intervened, providing the average hourly rates from the zip code to the warranty company. Mike's commitment to going above and beyond truly defines exceptional service, a rarity in today's times. Autopom, and particularly Mike, proved that genuine care and service still exist. Mike's efforts, though not miraculous, showcased a dedication to assisting customers. The company's boss has called me numerous times. They act as a go-between, helping to settle things between parties. They negotiate for both you and the warranty company. That’s what they did for me. Unfortunately, there have been times when warranty companies wouldn’t honor repair claims from shops. They reject some of the claim, leaving me to pay hundreds or thousands. If it should be covered, then absolutely not! Every time, I politely ask AutoPom if this is covered, or if this is seen as "normal" or usual. I don’t know much about cars or laws. I know my contract’s terms. Sometimes I’ve been wrong. To make sure I understood everything, they kindly explained details and suggested I might use another repair shop, and my other rights. They even helped me find a warranty-covered shop nearby, and a tow company. They give military discounts, cover old cars with lots of miles, reward loyal customers, and let you pay off your contract early. I’ve had two Volkswagens covered by them, both over 130k miles, and now both have full extended warranties up to 250k miles. You won’t find another company that will beat that!

Also Robert was an excellent agent that got me all the discounts I qualified for and without the high presure tactics so commonly used by other companies to get me to sign now.
