    Asked for some help to get a refund, cost me $2 I was okay with that but they then billed me $77 without my knowledge to subscribe. Told them within 12 hours I did not want the subscription but they still took money out of my account. After complaining I did get a refund but was very angry that this was initially done without my permission

    For some time I had trouble with two sided printing

    For some time I had trouble with two sided printing (long side) on my ET4550 printer using W11, where pages came out upside down. Even after getting the newest Epson software, it kept hapening. Kate told me to do it all over again, and this time it worked, just like it always did on my Mac mini and iPad. At no point was I told there would be a charge, except for a £1 access fee. So I was quite shocked to see £24 randomly taken from my Paypal. Ask Crew gave it back the next day without any fuss. Still, big questions about Epsom Customer Service rules.

    I was surprised when my Fire 10 suddenly asked if I wanted to reset it. There was no alert about losing my files. Sadly, I hadn’t backed up to the cloud, so Sven couldn’t recover them. However, he pointed me to two helpful websites and assisted with other issues. Sven was detailed in his explanations and very patient while I worked through things. I’ve learned a lot about maintaining the Fire 10 and keeping my files safe. Thanks a lot, Sven!

    I needed to find out if a text with "Stop to quit" at the end was sent by a person or a mass texting service. I tried simple methods like Googling it, but couldn’t get the answer. It might be a basic question for someone with the right expertise, but this is why I rely on Ask-Crew!
