    I had the pleasure of interacting with one of your Customer Care Associates, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. When I visited the official website of the internet provider I was interested in, their base price was listed at sixty-five dollars. However, your associate not only started the price at forty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents but also managed to secure an additional ten-dollar discount from the total. The associate was not only informative but also incredibly patient throughout the process. Although I regret not knowing his name, I can provide my order number, 27679937, which might help identify him. I usually don't respond to review requests, but in this instance, I am more than happy to leave a glowing review. The outstanding service I received deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you.

    I recently called customer support and honestly, it was such a relief. The guy on the phone was super patient, like, he really took his time with me. I’ve dealt with other support before, and it's usually rushed and confusing, but this time was different.     I had a pretty amazing experience with Spectrum the other day. I called in with a problem and the representative was just fantastic. We were on the phone for about an hour, and they were so patient and helpful, really going out of their way to make sure everything was sorted. It's not often you find someone who genuinely seems to care about helping out the customers, but this person was definitely one of them. It felt like they were more interested in making sure I was happy than just getting through the call. If more companies could be like Spectrum, dealing with customer service would be a whole lot better. Big thanks to Spectrum for the great service!

    I called twice about getting internet, first on Mar 18 and then again on April 1. Both times I spoke with super enthusiastic ladies who made the whole thing easy and chill. The lady on April 1st completed my order and really took the time to explain everything so I could make the best choice. Her customer service was top-notch, friendly and she knew her stuff. Plus, she complimented me and said I sounded young, which made my day! It's nice to talk to people who are positive and know what they're doing. Totally satisfied with the experience and would recommend to anyone needing internet.

    I can't believe how much

    I can't believe how much better life is without Spectrum! Our entire house is literally celebrating. We had been stuck with Spectrum for 40 years, and they wouldn't even change my due date by two days to match my paycheck. They just threatened to cut off our service. What a nightmare! But now, thanks to your amazing service rep, we finally have reliable service in Roxbury, CT. It's seriously life-changing. I feel free from their terrible customer service and ridiculous policies. Thank you so much for rescuing us from that horrible company. We're so grateful for the change!

    I thought I was calling EarthNet, but ended up talking to some broker instead. Wasn't too thrilled about it at first. But wow, the guy who helped me out was super knowledgeable. He had all the internet providers info right there and found me the cheapest plan. Saved me a ton of time since I didn't have to call around myself. Got my service from Spectrum just like I would've if I called them directly, but with a better deal than I saw on their website. Really mattered to me since I'm retired and gotta watch my expenses. Definitely would use this service again.

    We contacted Appliance Connection randomly after doing an internet search. We worked with representative Danielle Coleman who made the process seemless, easy and super efficient in meeting our needs. We had ordered our dream stove in a quick manor after she had carefully answered all our questions and walked us though each step. Amazing customer service. We will be returning to Appliances Connection for all our appliance needs in the future.

    Marco was very professional. But Centry Link's advertising is misleading. When you change your address on mymove.com, it says Centry Link has a special offer: Free tech installation worth $129 and $55 monthly. Marco said it expired. I think it should be honored because that's how I was referred. Waiting a month for installation is not good. Why does it take a month?

    I had to call twice, which was a bit annoying. The first time, I got things ready for AT&T internet, but they said I had to pay a deposit. When I called back the next day to pay, they told me the service wasn’t even available in my area. At least the people on the phone were helpful both times. No issues with the way they talked to me.

    Agent was nice and friendly. However, got wrong info about AT&T Fiber from the website. Can't change activation date by myself online. Need to contact call center, and that takes time. Also, this needs to hapen every month since I asked for activation in May 2026. I’ll deal with it.
