But here's the kicker – there's this crucial "número de soporte" I needed. Turns out, it's not something they offer. Like, I could've done the whole thing myself and saved some cash. So, I shot them an email, hoping for clarity, but they hit me with a "we don't do that" response. Now I'm stuck, needing this number to open a bank account, and their site clearly mentions a NIE for bank stuff. It's all a bit muddled, which is why I'm rating them low.
