ThreeBestRated turned out to be a letdown. A decorator, once my employee, claimed 18 years of experience but was merely a novice. I trained him, but his incompetence led to his dismissal. His exaggerated claims on ThreeBestRated misled customers. Despite being the most sought-after decorator in town with a thriving Facebook following, my business was rejected. The flawed criteria favor unworthy candidates. It's disheartening to see a platform overlook genuine expertise for deceptive claims.

I am VERY disappointed with the recent experience I had with the company. I faced an unexpected $17 charge after the office hours, and it's frustrating not to have access to a personal staff member's contact. This added financial strain after a distressing time is unacceptable. Despite informing them in advance about my inability to continue the appointment, I still received this misguided charge directly to my bank. Urgent correction and immediate contact are necessary.
