I was recently dealing with this service to get a couple of documents notarized. The communication was smooth, especially over WhatsApp, which I found really handy. However, I hit a bit of a snag. I needed two separate documents notarized, one page each, but the system asked me to upload them together. After I paid 100 Euros, I got a WhatsApp message asking which document needed notarization. I explained that I needed both done, and they told me it would be another 100 Euros per document. I paid up, but it would be great if they made their pricing clearer upfront to avoid any confusion. After waiting longer than expected, I finally got the proper apostilled document. It was such a relief, but the whole experience left me questioning their process a bit. It’s just frustrating when you’re expecting something important and it gets delayed with mix-ups like that.

I have been with e-Rewards for over 10 years now. In the last few years, it's been getting worse. After completing surveys, I often get screen outs or errors, leaving me without any reward. Feels a bit like a "scam" to collect my information without giving anything back. If you think about how much time is wasted and the small reward, you're barely earning anything per hour. If you're doing it for fun and to give feedback, that's fine, but this is nowhere near a minimum wage job. Dynata suspended my account with no clear explanation. They just sent me a link to their terms and conditions, which didn’t really help in figuring out what I might've done wrong. If you're lucky enough to get good surveys and build up points, they do offer decent gift cards. One thing to keep in mind: if you have reward points (cash), don't let them pile up. Redeem them frequently because if your account gets suspended, you lose all that work. It's like doing a job, getting fired, and not being paid for the time you've spent. It would be illegal in any other business, not sure how they get away with it.

So, here’s my tale with e-residence.com. I went in thinking they’d help me open a bank account in Portugal, seeing all those rave reviews. Turns out, most of them were just about their NIF registration, which, honestly, isn’t that big of a deal since many others do it just as well. I sent in everything they asked for back in May, and now it’s almost the end of July, and... nada. They promised a 3–4 week process, but here I am, still waiting. The worst part? There’s zero communication. No updates, no confirmation from the bank, nothing. Just the same generic replies when I ask for an update. If you’re only after a NIF, they’re fine, but for anything more, especially a bank account, be cautious. I wish I’d looked more closely at what those reviews were actually praising. Learn from my oversight.

I can't believe the service I got, seriously, never been treated worse! Ordered this digital Portuguese criminal record certificate with apostille for €240. What do I get? Blurry black-and-white phone pics. I mean, seriously?! Crooked photos can't be a real document. It feels like a scam to make you buy the actual document. They even put down "employment" as the reason, but that wasn't it at all. Told them it doesn't look official, and they just ignored me. How can I submit this mess to any official place? They only said they'd fix it if I get a written refusal from the authority needing the certificate - so ridiculous! And now they want another €50 just to send the original. Never again!

I stumbled upon a service that seemed downright deceitful. They’re charging a whopping €149 for the FNMT digital certificate, which is actually free! This certificate is a secure digital signature issued by FNMT-RCM in Spain, meant for citizens and foreigners alike, and it's supposed to be free. But these guys are turning it into a money-making scheme. To add insult to injury, they also charge hundreds of euros for another document that’s originally only €12. It's just not right, and it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. It’s like they're taking advantage of people who might not know better. It's really disappointing to see this kind of behavior.
