Disappointing Encounter: Received Oversized Item, No Return Option, Unfriendly Staff. I bought a dress from Trendia, "Women's Multicoloured Striped Rainbow Dress - Stylestone," but it turned out to be way too big and impossible to wear. What made it worse was the company's refusal to take it back or offer any solution. Quality and Size Problem: The dress I got wasn't up to scratch quality-wise and came in a size much larger than what I ordered. This mess-up in sizing shows that the company needs to tighten up its production and shipping procedures. Getting something so off-size reflects badly on their attention to detail and dedication. When I tried to sort it out with their customer service, they were no help at all. Even though I explained the sizing problem and showed evidence, they flat out refused to take the dress back. I can't wear it because of the size issue, but they won't budge on the return. It feels like they're just trying to keep my money. Their unwillingness to fix their mistake shows they don't care about their customers' experience and left me feeling like I don't matter to them. After this experience, I urge them to accept the return and refund me. And I'd caution others against buying from them. They clearly don't care about their customers!

The items are well made and service is very good. The fabric is very pretty. Expect a few weeks delivery. I am a small, 115 lb., very small breasted. I checked the size chart and ordered medium in all three. They look very good on, but are a little too tight. I wish I’d ordered large. So check size chart carefully and order up from this line: Nayo. Also make sure you hand wash separately (at least I have first two times) as the colours run!! I’ve tried vinegar to solidify the colours but no luck so far. I wouldn’t use a dryer in case they shrunk more. I ordered a Janasya in the past. It was more expensive but better fit and details. I'll order again. The prices are fair and I think good quality.

I've been a Trendia customer since 2021, mainly buying their clothes. Recently, I decided to check out their new home decor section. I was happy to find a lot of brass idols! I got a set of nice items: • 2" Brass Cow with Calf (brass, looked almost like silver) • 14" Brass Venkateswara Swamy • 4" Light Weight Brass Ganesha • 6" Brass Hanging Shubh Labh The package arrived on the 5th day, quicker than our usual clothing orders that take around 10 – 12 days. In general, my experience with Trendia Global was great, as usual. Their home decor collection is good, and the shipping was really fast. Keep it up, Trendia!

Received Banarasi sarees today. The packaging was satisfactory. The sarees didn't have the expected shine from the pictures, but I still appreciate them as I was eager to have them. I ordered some stuff on August 30th and it's been 17 days already. Supposed to be here in 12-15 days with standard shipping, but nah, they late by 2 days. Every time I hit 'em up, they just be like "oh don't worry, the stuff will be here in 2 days and then we'll ship it." But like, when tho? Plus, their online chat be hella unreliable. Only got a quick response once, but today I been waiting 42 freaking minutes for someone to talk to me. Bruh, this website can't handle their business and can't even talk to their customers.

They took all the money upfront, including extra for customization. First, they claimed the wrong saree was sent by the vendors. The first time I got my order from Trendia, all was perfect, nothing wrong. I was so happy, I placed my second order. This time, everything was wrong, from size to dress and jewelry quantity.
