Despite paying a hefty 53 euros for what was supposed to be a skip-the-line experience, we ended up queuing like everyone else. Frankly, it felt like we could have saved time and money just getting a regular audio guide ticket instead. If you're looking for seamless sightseeing, think twice before shelling out for this one.

Your service helped my family and me to travel quite well from Barcelona to Montserrat. The tickets offered a good choice of entry options that made it easy to see the important sights. The lunch was also great, with nice quality and amount. To sum up: good value for the price! THANK YOU! However, we did face a small issue with the catalan staff member at the information point who gave us the tickets. Our group of 9 had only 3 English speakers, and no one knew Spanish or Catalan. The worker asked me if we wanted the cable cabin or the cog train. I picked the cog train, and he gave me 9 tickets and a printout of the time schedule, crossing out the cable cabin option. When we got to Montserrat and tried to board the cog train, we found out not everyone could go. We soon discovered that 4 tickets were for the cable cabin and only 5 for the cog train! It would have been fine if both options started from the same place. But the cable cabins had their starting point one station before, with the next chance to return being an hour later! We had a very tough moment, as the cog train was just about to leave...

A mess from the moment we met the guy outside the meeting spot at 15.00 on the 08th October. He seemed lost and didn’t know what to do. Then he just stuck us in a line and walked away, leaving us confused about what to do next. We stood in line for 45 minutes. When we finally got inside, we were left wondering what to do. Many people were completely lost and asking for our guide, but there was none. We were then told we had to pay another 8 euros each for headphones... seriously? These tickets cost a lot and we were all counting on a guide. We got a short welcome video instead... this was not what we thought we were paying for. I am totally furious and want our money back. Plus, we booked for the 15.00 and then at security they said we couldn't go in after 45 minutes of waiting in the rain because it was 16.00. We were like no way, and we all rushed through, expecting to line up again.

Our overall experience was good. We got the Venice pass which covered Doges Palace and Basilica and either a gondola ride or Murano/Burano. We chose Murano/Burano this time. We had done the gondola ride before and preferred it. Murano visit was short, only an hour, which was just enough to see the glass blowing and quickly check out the gift shop. Murano has more to offer, so it's better to get the vaparetto pass for 2 days and spend more time there. Despite this, we give it 5 stars because it saves the hassle of planning and the tour guides are knowledgeable and helpful. This is our second time using them and we would use them again without hesitation.

Bought tickets for The Colosseum, arrived outside 30 mins before 2pm, only to find the ticket station far off, walked 45 mins under the sun. Still couldn't find the ticket station, Rajshree at customer service kept sending Google Maps links, but the area has major roadworks and building repairs, causing traffic and pedestrian detours. Spent £90 to see the Colosseum from the outside. Rajshree keeps quoting T&Cs and refusing refunds. The instructions are unclear, saying "near Piazza Venezia". Get your tickets from another place.

This was a pretty good trip, with a visit to a bulb grower, so we saw the cool sight of fields of tulips in lots of colors. The not so good part was when we got to Keukenhof, the weather cut our visit short by an hour. Funny enough, it stayed dry until the last 15 minutes. We went to Amsterdam for 3 days just to see Keukenhof. Even though we didn't stop for snacks, we left without seeing part of the garden or anything inside, which was disappointing. The river cruise was on a nice boat with informative commentary.

It’s a shame I can’t give no stars. I’ve attempted twice to book a tour with this company; each time I was charged 983.52, and each time the tour was canceled by them. They have no phone support or email, just chat, and each time they say to try again in 24 hours. This doesn’t help, as I’m charged right away and not refunded until 72 hours later. This company isn’t reliable! They get 72 hours of free credit! I won’t try again since there’s no guarantee it will work, and I might be out of pocket once more!

The studio earns a solid 5/5 for its overall experience. The guide and transportation both received a perfect score. However, there was some uncertainty about group cohesion during the studio visit. Despite the initial confusion and the tour being more self-guided due to guides' other responsibilities, it didn't pose a significant issue. A studio map could enhance the experience for visitors.

I bought a combo ticket from Tiqets for the Batobus and Ballon Generali in Paris. When I got to the Ballon Generali, I found out the park was shut for the whole time I was there because of the Paralympics. Tiqets gave me my money back fast and without any problems. The Batobus tickets were worth the price, and I had no problems at all with them.

The boat trip was nice, but locating the office at Marco Polo airport was hard. In the arrivals hall, besides baggage claim and machines, there were no clear signs. I finally discovered it after exiting through nothing to declare, where the offices are located. The office collected details from my smartphone in return for tickets.

Ik had een geweldige tijd op deze rondleiding. De gids was deskundig, vriendelijk en makkelijk te begrijpen. Het was echt fijn dat de rondleiding eindigde terwijl we nog steeds in het Romeinse Forum waren, wat ons in staat stelde om op ons eigen tempo de ruïnes verder te verkennen.

This app is so easy to use! There's heaps to pick from, plus reminders and detailed guides on getting tickets in town if needed, and which gate to go to to skip lines - that's probs the most useful bit of getting tickets this way - no waiting. I'll def be using this app again!

I'm glad we chose the tour instead of going alone. Joao and Inez were great guides, sharing lots of info about Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira. The company gave us a bonus visit to Cabo da Roca - windy but cool. I'd suggest this tour if you're short on time in Sintra.

Entry to Pena Palace was fast, saving plenty of time. Free train from Lisbon was super handy. Suggest taxi from Sintra station instead of costly 434 bus, cheaper and faster, plus you get local tips on the ride.

It's striking how enormous this cathedral is and the grandiosity with which the expansion was designed is obvious. You can view a structure like this repeatedly, even if you’ve seen it once before.
