Good until issues arise! I ordered a dress - a totally different product came and Vinted wants the buyer to cover the shipping to send it back unless the seller decides otherwise. Not really sure then what the extra buyer protection fee is meant for. In my situation, the seller ignored me completely, so I had no option but to pay for the wrong item and sell it to get my money back. Vinted honestly doesn’t seem to care and just keeps going on about how you’ve agreed to their T&Cs. Bad service.
