Perplexed, I revisited SmartSaker's website, and to my surprise, I found that there was another Mini Chainsaw with a longer 6" blade. This was the one I had initially wanted, but I hadn't been aware of the size options when I placed my order. The lack of clear information on their website about the two available sizes was a bit frustrating. While the 4" blade version I received does work decently, I've decided to return it in favor of the larger 6" version, which I believe will better suit my needs for more robust cutting tasks. Clearer product descriptions would have helped me make the right choice from the start.

Honestly, considering the low price, my experience with the product was unsurprising. It felt like a disposable item, quite flimsy, and not suitable for practical use, especially during Halloween. I found it constantly slipping off my head, making it more suitable for a prop or decoration than a functional accessory. If you're looking for a quick, budget-friendly solution for a one-time event, it might suffice, but don't expect durability or reliability.

Disappointed with the frame as it doesn't accommodate letter-size paper, which is commonly used for kids' drawings. Additionally, it lacks support for the paper, such as stiff cardboard, causing the displayed pictures to buckle.

Great customer service and quite quick delivery! The cordless polisher isn't as strong as I imagined, but the batteries last 5 times longer than I thought... So overall, it's working out pretty well.
