My travel consultant, Dan S, was good, and I'd suggest him without hesitation. I didn't give 5 stars because consultants work on commission, so they're always looking for opportunities. Surprisingly, Skywithclass saved me a lot of money compared to the airline's website, which they claim won't happen. I'll definitely use them (and Dan S) again.

Ernest Walker assisted friends with changing flights from Sydney to Los Angeles and San Diego. Airlines made several flight changes. The final change did not allow enough time to change planes; we ended up on separate flights. Ernest helped us get flights home. We can fly together to LA, and I will fly home to San Diego. This is my first time in business class, so I hope it's as amazing as everyone says.

Our journey to Europe in Business Class involved two flights, 10.5 hours and 2.0 hours each.
