We were traveling 'cross the US on a 2 wk tour of the East Coast 'n did not want to use regular hotel provided laundry services which is a rip off. So we tried Rinse in the Washington DC area 'n they were great. Every step was a 5 star experience. From the easy to use app to pick up confirmations 'n delivery estimates it was an easy 'n comfortable experience. The best part was that they kept in touch throughout via text messages. I would do this more often 'n hope they do well 'n expand into other cities 'n countries too.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Despite relying on their promised delivery window, I was informed at the last minute that my order wouldn't arrive until the following evening. This left me without a suit for an important wedding event. The inconvenience caused by their unreliable service was frustrating and unacceptable. I would caution others against relying on their delivery promises, as they may not be fulfilled as expected.

Rinse be an amazin' laundry an' dry cleanin' service 'at I been usin' weekly for th' last couple o' years. Wit' th' push o' a button on me rinse app, I be able t' schedule me laundry fer pickup. They also offer hang dry fer me jeans an' delicates. They ne'er lost or damaged an item. Their drivers work fer Rinse an' be not contractors like doordash, which makes me trust them more.

Rinse has consistently been prompt and precise with the quality of their service. I was quite pleased and HAPPY with the laundry they returned to me. This included bed sheets, towels, socks, t-shirts, and cotton dress shirts (that don’t get ironed!) - all arrived back neatly folded. I’ll be using them weekly from now on and for good!

The company seemed promising at first, but I got emails saying there was a $20 credit for the first time, but it didn't show up on my bill. The laundry bag they sent didn't look new, which made me wonder how clean it really was. I'm giving them an extra star because the clothes were folded nicely.

I've been with them for a year. They lost one of my fav robes and many towels. Found skim undies in my laundry. Some whites come out with yellow stains. Lost a bag of socks once. Dry cleaning not legit. Not worth the price.

Wouldn't've imagined I'd try a laundry service, but for the price and turnaround time, it's really worth it. The valets are always super friendly and punctual. I'm glad I stumbled upon Rinse!!!

Usin Rinse has been an easy go. They care for our clothes and return them neatly folded, ready for our drawers. Been with Rinse for over 2 years now and can't look back...I'm hooked.

Every experience with Rinse has been a good one so far! Lots of great updates, on-time pick up and delivery (with alerts), and a very easy-to-use app. Couldn't be more pleased!

RINSE is a great Laundry company. They do superb job on your clothing. They also dry clean jackets. I love their service.

The ease of use has been very helpful. The system is really simple to navigate, just text "Y" for a pickup.
