Sebastian is AMAZING! After a rough call with another agent (Ardlo?), we're glad we called back to get Sebastian's help with our flights. He quickly saw we didn't leave enough time for customs between flights. Sebastian was well spoken, easy to understand, kind, polite, patient, and went above & beyond to assist with our itinerary for our Northern Lights Bucket List trip. This is the service everyone wants. I didn't mind waiting for him to find our best option during our 75-minute call. He deserves the best and helped us book the best options for us. Thank you so much Sebastian, all agents should train to give this level of service!!

I think the cancellation team made me wait on hold

I think the cancellation team made me wait on hold for ages just so they could say it's after 4 pm and charge me 90 bucks. No way, I'm disputing this with my credit card. It's not my fault they didn't answer for a whole 4 hours! After that, I had to be transferred to a "sister" company, which was apparently the only way to cancel. Hours later, they finally answered at 7 pm. Makes me wonder. Never again—I'll stick with the yellow symbol.

I've used this company a few times due to their low rates. Sadly, I booked a nonrefundable night by mistake. But, wow, their customer service was AWESOME. Jenny quickly helped with the accommodation. I'm so pleased with their help. I'll definitely book again. Thanks Princeline!

DON'T BOOK!

DON'T BOOK! Booked a room in my name, but hubby couldn't check-in with his card. Priceline was no help. They just said sorry, hotel's issue. Nightmare! Bad customer service.
