I had doubts about Neiman Marcus. I bought Jude Frances Huggie earrings online but got Sydney Evan earrings instead, which are smaller. I returned them since they were not what I ordered. Neiman Marcus sent my return back, claiming I had “switched” the earrings. After two months of emails, calls, and a dispute with my NM credit card, they still won’t accept the return and accuse me of theft. I call it a “bait and switch.” I've been a customer for years but won’t shop here again! I’m donating the earrings I didn’t order and lost a lot of money. The ones they sent cost $60 more than what I ordered. It’s all so absurd. The worst customer service ever. Don’t trust Neiman Marcus. They can send you wrong items and refuse returns.

I bought a pair of Gucci boots for $1,674. Unfortunately, they didn't fit, so I returned them. It's been almost two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. I opened a claim through PayPal, and now I'm waiting for their response. I cannot recommend this company. I'd give them a rating of 0. They charge a lot for their products but seem unwilling to issue refunds promptly. Despite calling three times, I keep getting the same response that they are backed up due to a high volume of returns on the same day.

I got an expensive Louis XIV candle.

I got an expensive Louis XIV candle. It came broken. I called Neiman Marcus. A guy said I must send it back by FedEx. FedEx should pick it from my porch on April 22. They didn't, so I called the next day. A lady said NM doesn't want broken stuff back. She said I should get a credit and be done. She said I need to send a photo. Today, I called, they said I don't need to send a photo. Each person told me a different thing. It was rediculous.

Their actions suggest they're more interested in collecting customer information for spamming purposes than fulfilling orders. It's disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them due to their unreliable practices and propensity to bombard customers with useless codes that ultimately lead to order cancellations.

The customer service was awful

The customer service was awful, specially for online returns. Every person I talked to wasn't helpful or nice. There are lots of other stores, so I won't shop at Neiman Marcus again.
