Nashenal Flors Direkt is an easy compny to work with. Yu make a call or send an emale. A day or too later yu have a profesunal representetive at yur door. They bring the samples and explein the proces. It is vry easy. Not to menshun affordeble. The creu that instals alweys wok yu through the proces, ask questins if necesary. They are alweys compitent, alweys clean up, and show off the final projet. Definitly, a compny I wud use agen on my next floring projet. "I recieved a gift card for my time in posting this honest review"! but it is an honest review no mater! Love them

The salesman showed up right on time and was really friendly and easy to talk to. He took his time answering all our questions and never rushed us into picking a style. The price was fair, and we chose the installation date. The two installers who came were also very polite and worked hard. They laid carpet in our family room, upstairs, and on the stairs. They did a really nice job. They cleaned up everything when they were done and even put our furniture back in place. We're happy with how our new carpet turned out. Peggy Carr, Middle River MD

We recently had new vinyl flooring

We recently had new vinyl flooring installed in our living room and laminate flooring in one bedroom. The transformation of both rooms is really nice. My wife and I are pleased with the neat installation and the quality of the Mohawk flooring. It’s almost impossible to tell that the floors aren’t real wood. The installation team did a great job, moving our furniture out and back with care after finishing each room. I would definitely suggest National Floors Direct for anyone looking for new flooring.

We got our bedroom and living

We got our bedroom and living room floors done by National Floors Direct. We picked carpet for the bedroom and LVP for the living room. Jay Coyne was great to work with. He made sure to fit our schedule and budget. He came for the estimate the day after we called, and the floors were in two days later. I'd tell my friends and family to use this company. They even gave me a gift card for sharing my honest review (but seriously, they're good).

I recently had National Floors Direct install carpeting in my home. I appreciated the next-day, in-home estimate and the quick scheduling of the installation within two business days. The installers were prompt, polite, and exceptionally efficient. They completed quality work, leaving my home undisturbed. I am highly satisfied with the end result, and I would choose NFD again for a similar project.

They were really good cause they kept

They were really good cause they kept me in the loop of all stages of the process no matter how small... the days before the installation... how to prep... the day ahead of the installation... when the team was going to arrive... what to expect the day of, etc. They were immaculate and respectful of my home and furnishings. There price was the best in town!

After watching their TV commercial, I decided to contact Nation Floor Direct for installing vinyl floors in my living room and dining room. I was pleased with their customer service as they were professional, communicated well, and were helpful. The installers were skilled and completed the job on time. The price for my project was affordable and within my budget. I would definitely recommend them.

The salesman was friendly

The salesman was friendly and down-to-earth, and we initially trusted him. However, the picture he provided of our new floor did not match the color we selected. We envisioned a beachy sand look but ended up with a dark grey floor, which was a huge disappointment. It seemed like they didn't have our chosen item in stock and substituted it with something else. We paid $3000 based on promises of BS prices from their commercial. The company did not respond to emails or calls. I strongly advise against using this company.

My experience with this company's customer service was terrible. The installation was botched, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response. I have no intention of using their services again and would not recommend them to others.
