    I ordered a couple of these shirts for my wife as a Christmas gift. They looked great in the ads, so I thought I was being smart by shopping early. When we opened them, there were small brown stains on two out of three shirts, still in the packaging. It was like someone spilled coffee on them. Plus, the fit was odd – very tight and high-necked, not what we expected for an Australian style. We just wanted a clean shirt or some kind of refund, but by the time she opened her gift, the 30-day refund period had passed. When I reached out to Just Lyne, they refused to give us a refund or replace the stained shirts. Instead, they offered a 30% discount to buy more of their poor-quality stuff. Thanks, but no thanks.

    Ordered a Christmas gift on

    Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/2/24, approved the design the next day. Got a shipping notice for delivery around 12/13/24. Told the recipient to expect it but not open until Christmas. Christmas came and no package arrived. The recipient checked the post office later and found it was returned to sender. Reached out to Lyne, paid a reshipment fee. Followed the tracking, saw it reach the right state but then it was sent elsewhere. Emailed again, got a "sorry, we'll track it" response a week later. Another week, no update. Emailed again, offered free reshipment. Asked for a refund, was told no refund for $25 design fee, and to review return policies. Spent $100 for a lost gift. Never using this company again.

    Ruined birthday present and worse customer service.

    Service was terrible. The size on the hoodies I ordered was wrong and a complete waste of $100 for a ruined birthday present for my wife. All they would do is offer me 30% off a future order. I'd recommend avoiding. Even after they offered a 30% discount on an addition/replacement order they won't respond to messages through their email or their support site to offer the discount. There is also no way to use a design that they already created on an additional product. This outsourced customer support is a mess and you can tell that the owners just run this company as cheaply as possible while charging for premium products and services.

However, post-approval, the production process has been disappointing. Despite an expected 1-3 day timeline, my item, approved on 12/22, is still in production as of 1/18. Attempts to seek information from their customer service have proven challenging, with vague responses and no efforts to address the delay. Despite opting for an expedited process, my enthusiasm for the anticipated gift has been overshadowed by this unsatisfactory experience with Just Lyne.

    I ordered a gift for myself back in November, thinking it would arrive in time for Christmas. But nope, it showed up in January, way past their promised delivery time. Trying to get any updates or communicate with them was a nightmare. It felt like talking to a wall. And don't even get me started on the returns process – absolutely impossible. The quality of the product was just as bad as the service. The materials felt cheap, and the whole experience was a mess. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, even if it's just for yourself. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

    Ordered a sweatshirt on December 9th, thinking it'd be here before Christmas. It was supposed to be a gift, you know? But it didn’t arrive until December 30th. Talk about missing the mark. Posted a review about it, frustrated, and only weeks later did the company reply. They said they were slammed with orders and that’s why it was late. Seriously? If you can't deliver by Christmas, don’t promise it. Now I’ve got this sweatshirt, but the moment’s gone. Really disappointed with the whole experience. Could’ve been handled way better.

    I'm giving just one star because the customer service was awful. Ordered 3 sweatshirts and a baseball cap for the holidays. Two sweatshirts and the cap turned out fine, but the sweatshirt for my husband came too small. I've been emailing back and forth with them so much, it's ridiculous. They wouldn't work with me to fix this problem. Instead, they offered a 50% discount, which is basically what I paid originally. So frustrating and disappointing.

    I ordered three items from this company and it was a mess. First, only two arrived. One of those had the wrong print, and the third one? They keep saying it's still in production but it's been a month! It feels like they just want to take your money and run. I even wonder if they pay to get bad reviews removed because there's no way this is an honest business. Seriously, avoid them. It's not worth the headache.

    Ordered this thing on December 8th, hoping it'd be here before Christmas. Tracking it was a nightmare, but I managed to find the right site. First, it said delivery on the 23rd, then changed to the 24th. Guess when it actually showed up? December 30th! Missed Christmas entirely. By then, didn't even care about the product itself. What a letdown!
