I tried out Pronounce with their trial, but totally forgot to cancel it. Next thing I know, I got hit with a $120 charge. Yeah, it was my bad for not canceling, but I reached out to their support team right away to explain and ask for a refund. The response was super cold and they didn’t seem to care at all. I tried following up a few times, but kept getting the same canned replies or just no answer. It's like they didn't care about anything except getting my money. Even though I haven’t used the service since, they still won’t give me a refund or even talk about it. If you're thinking about trying Pronounce, watch out for their trial. They’ll charge you and their support won't help if something goes wrong. Definitely can't recommend them.

Honestly, I am quite pleased with this platform. I did encounter one problem. Occasionally, when using the chat AI, the response is in Arabic instead of English. It would be better if responses were only in English, with a choice to translate into the native language (Arabic). Apart from this, I believe the platform did a good job and will be a helpful resource for learning English.
